By far the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to your health, and they do not care. They show it in their actions and their tone of voice. They don’t listen to your healthcare concerns whatsoever. Every time you call the office their immediate greeting is hello. Can you please hold every single time and I do mean every single time. Absolutely horrible customer service. trust me, there is way better healthcare options out there. No need to put yourself in the hands of people who don’t really care for you.

Although I have only been to this office a handful of times with my 89 year old father, the latest being yesterday, we can not say enough about how kind and thoughtful the staff and the doctors are. My dad went on most of the day about how patient Drs. Capoocia & Tentoo were with him, especially since he doesn't hear like he used to. He's also very pleased with how the office staff treats him on the phone as well as in the office. I can only really thank them for making something that could be scary, such a pleasant experience.

Extremely rude woman answering the phones. Made me wait on hold without saying a thing...”please hold.....followed by several minutes only to be told “she isn’t accepting new patients”. Without an apology or any following statement. Perhaps your team needs a lesson in hospitality!
