I love this place! But just had a horrible experience.
I have gone to different locations and they always take patients before they close.
I called to make sure they are open around 7:30. I got told they close at 9.

Also called and the machine says they close at 9 with NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

So I rushed down there and I got turned away. They said appointment only after a certain time.

But yet on the machine it says different, the lady on the phone told me different. And the other locations still take care of their walk ins.

I love this place as they are quick and but this experience was just horrible, wasted my time, gas, getting my little one ready. They need to make a sign letting us know we close at 9pm but we won’t take anyone after 7pm,

Also will like to add only 1 person in the waiting room. Please update the hours.

Wow! This is my first time coming here and let me tell you. This place is amazing! It’s clean, the staff/nurses are sweet and caring. The doctor was also pretty fast and very helpful with what was going on with me.

I had a bad experience at hospital in chino (they also are an urgent care) I had a yeast a infection and some nurse didn’t have the results or knew what I had. So she ruled it out as chlamydia & gonorrhea :,)

Tell me how this big hospital couldn’t tell what I had, yet this urgent care was quick to help me out and actually WAIT for my results in order to tell me what I have.

The wait here wasn’t bad at all either! At the hospital I had waited 2 hrs to be seen and then wait even more just to get my “results”

If you are looking for better service, quick aid and nurses/doctor who actually know there stuff. Come here

I brought my friend here last night at 8PM and was told they weren’t taking any more walk-in patients. I understand this because they likely had a lot of patients and wouldn’t be able to see us by 9PM, which is when they close. They offered to make us an appointment for the next morning, which we declined. We did change our mind when we came home and I ended up calling and scheduled an appointment for 8:07AM the following morning, which was the soonest available. We get to the clinic around 8:05 AM the next morning but the doors are locked. We noticed there were some people in their cars parked next to the entrance who were chatting and seemed like they worked there. However, nobody approached us at the front door. Someone else then approached at the front after talking to the people who were in their cars a few minutes later. She goes to tell us that the office staff the night prior locked the keys in the clinic and they have to wait for a locksmith to open the door. She said that it could possibly take a few hours and recommended going to a different clinic. I informed her that we had an appointment and she stated that we could try coming back later but it might still be a wait because they take walk ins before appointments? The whole situation was very strange - I don’t understand how their nobody on their staff doesn’t have a key or why the staff didn’t explain the situation when we first walked up. It just seemed very unprofessional, especially how the staff member mentioned our appointment wouldn’t be honored.

This is the last time I will go to this Chino "urgent" (an oxymoron) care location. Last night's experience was horrible. They close at 9pm. I walked in shortly after 7pm with three people in the waiting room, suffering from my first kidney stone, asking for a Toradol shot for the excruciating pain. First, I was told that the provider on duty did not want to give me a shot so soon since I had one the previous morning when I was told directly by the provider the day before that I could have up to four shots per day if needed. So, that didn't make sense. Second, they offered to set up an appointment for the following morning to come in first thing for a shot. Huh...are you kidding me? Third, they said they were at capacity for the night... with only 3 people waiting between 7pm and 9pm?.

My husband was my advocate, and the staff became increasingly combative in the process making it clear to us that they did not care about helping me. I will NEVER go there again.

We quickly found AFC Urgent Care in Chino Hills not too far away. They close at 8pm but said they would help and stayed open well past that time to help me, because they said and clearly showed us that patient care comes first. Accelerated should take some pointers from AFC!

This place is a joke. My wife and I arrived at 7pm and she was in extreme pain from a kidney stone. All she needed was a Toradol shot like she has received from them the day before.
First she was told ( with 3 other people sitting in the lobby) "they were at capacity for the night and she couldn't be seen". I questioned how they couldn't see 4 people within 2 hours and was told that she could make an appointment for the next morning. I said we would wait and take our chances to be seen. Then I was told that the "provider" ( Physicians assistant) said it would be bad for her kidneys if she were to get another shot so soon. I informed them that we were told the day before, by their "provider" she could get up to 4 A DAY.
So I asked which is it, are you at capacity or is it too soon for another shot?
At this point she noticed I was recording all of this conversation and told me I could not record her. I asked if there were any signs saying that and she ran into the back and told all the other girls at the counter to not interact with me.
By now it was about 7:20pm. We waited a few minutes for her to return with the "provider " so we could ask them for about 20 mins but nobody came.
We called AFC Urgent Care, which is located just up the street in Chino Hills, who closes at 8pm if they could see us and they said yes, so we left and raced up there.
We got there at 7:47pm and their lobby was full of people waiting. When they checked her in I asked if it was too late since they closed in 13 minutes. They said "No, our patients care is our priority".
It is now 8:30pm, we are in with a real doctor, not a Physicians Assistant and they are taking amazing care of her.
In a nut shell, if you are in Chino or Chino Hills and need an urgent care, STAY AWAY from Accelerated and check out AFC Urgent Care on Pipeline in the 24 Hour Fitness shopping center.

Last two visits have been ridiculous with wait times. I waited over two hours as a walk in. I was never admitted to the back and left. I was having an allergic reaction and I felt it was clearing up I waited so long. Next visit I made an appointment. We waited over 2.5 hours and still were not seen by a doctor. My daughter who is sick was tired of waiting, and hungry and wanted to leave. I’ll be making her an appointment with her regular doc first thing in the morning. What’s the point of making appointments if your wait still is over 2.5 hours. I’ll never go back.

Anytime I stop by I am greeted with the warmest hello and a big smile. I always start to feel better once I walk in. I like being able to check in from my phone. And once I’m done, the nurse is already calling me in. I feel like I’m in and out in just under an hour but my needs are always met. Thanks to a wonderful team.
