The team here at the Accel therapy in Palm Desert is outstanding! Julie is the operations manager and she truly goes above and beyond any expectations. The BT's are so friendly and attentive to not only my child but everyone that walks in the building.

The BCBA listened to my needs & concerns during intake and evaluated my daughter's needs as well. I also receive parent training weekly with my daughter's CM Ashlynn, who is just as great as the rest of the team!

My daughter has already built a relationship with so many team members because of the great environment & culture they have! Miss Nadia is my daughter's BT & we could not be happier. We have tried ABA in a few different places and Accel Therapy is hands down addressing our needs while providing the best experience. Nadia checks in before & after sessions, she listens and she is consistent! I couldn't have asked for a better pair!

If only words could describe how amazing this school is! Not only has my son grown and developed here every day, this place has already shaped his future. The teachers. The managers. The daily schedule. Everything is just so amazing. I wish i could say enough good things about this place. My family loves knowing our child with autism has his disability needs Being met. His aba therapists are all wonderful and so timely that every staff member is early to work. They truly work with YOUR child’s needs in every way. I can't say enough good things about Accel Therapies. Our son is Autistic and with that comes challenges as a parent. I want him happy, healthy, safe, and able to learn the skills that will let him lead his best life. I feared that he would not be safe out in the world since he was non-verbal. I think this is a fear many parents share. When our son started I was full of worry and hesitation. A previous daycare situation resulted in neglect and abuse for our son so it was very difficult when it came time to let go and trust again. I'm happy that I did because Accel exceeded my wildest expectation for what I thought was possible. The staff (I'd like to specifically appreciate Ashlynn) was patient with my worries and even invited me to drop in at any time I wanted. She listened to me go on and on about my concerns but didn't make me feel crazy. And it's not just her, but all of the staff treat my son like they know him, like they love him. I learned quickly that I could trust everyone! I truly feel like they are as invested in my son as I am. The BTs and the caseworkers all invest themselves in every child. And not just that, but because of the dedication of the wonderful staff, I got to hear my son say, "Mama," for the first time! He has excelled in every aspect! He is talking, learning self-care tasks, and overall finding his level of independence. Every day he comes home with a new skill or a new habit. My son is happier because he is able to live HIS best life with the skills he is learning. He is also bonded to all of the people in his life, and I feel happier as a parent knowing he has other safe adults to bond with and boost his confidence and social skills. My son needed just a bit more help than I could provide, and they give it. He was always capable. I will never forget when Yazmin said to me, "It's okay, you're an excellent mom! It's your job to love him, leave the rest to us!" And that was what I needed to hear. They are not only supportive of your child, but they offer so many resources to you as a parent as well. It can be lonely and confusing when navigating your child's future, but with Accel, you aren't alone. I feel fully supported as a parent. I could write endlessly about how much I appreciate them. But, knowing my child is not only safe but loved when I drop him off, is priceless to me.
