I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When I was greeted by the therapist she told me she did not do deep tissue and would not. She didn't try to make me comfortable or offer me another therapist that did deep tissue massage and she didn't make any effort to give me the massage I paid for. It was awkward and I did not enjoy it at all. I really wish I hadn't paid for it. She was so rude. I have gotten many massages and spa services in my life and this was the worst. I've never had someone simply deny my request unapologetically. Literally no skill for service at all.

We did a couple's massage and it was my first time. My wife has had several professional massages. The greeting was excellent at the door very comfortable with relaxing music. The staff was exceptional, paying attention to our needs. While receiving our massage, the products they used were very invigorating and relaxing. At the same time, it was a wonderful experience altogether

Wonderful experience at this day spa! Jacqueline was very personable and professional, and I felt like a Queen after my services which included a Grace Signature Facial and Full Body Facial. My skin is glowing! Highly recommend.

My brother had his first Salt Float Spa experience today and he said it was very relaxing and wonderful! He said he loved it so much that next time, he would do the combination package of the 60 min float with a 60 min massage! I did the 90 min Total Balance massage that has massage, foot reflexology, and reiki and I feel like a new human, it was so relaxing and rejuvenating! Highly recommend this place since everyone is nice from the front desk staff to my massage therapist named Sadako! Sadako had wonderful techniques and it was an all around 10/10 experience! The massage bed was heated and that added an extra level of comfort! Will definitely be back!

A fabulous spa with incredible people! The 60 minute massage I got today was one of the once I have ever had. I went in hurting and came out feeling so much better. Mind, soul and body.
