I really like my nutritionist and my current doctor. Absolute Health is a growing and progressive office that works hard to accommodate the patient. Their staff is extensive and growing to help each and every patient so that no one falls thru the cracks! They exist to meet all your needs from prescriptions to supplements to referrals. I highly recommend!

Can’t get into any of the MD’s unless you have Medicare. I don’t have an issue with Nurse Practitioners, but they advertise as functional medicine yet I haven’t felt like the NP’s I’ve seen at this practice have tried to get to the root cause of anything or practice in a functional medicine way. I’m currently searching for another functional medicine practice.

The good: the entire staff is friendly, billing is very efficient, can easily get an appointment with someone.
The challenging: never saw a Dr, only a PA. Practice puts too much responsibility for patients in the hands of PAs, even in a true real problem situations. There has been a revolving door of PAs in 3 years. Ex: went in for a serious issue, PA communicated to Dr, Dr never came in, poor decision made by Dr and PA, next day in the hospital in Gainesville for 2 weeks.
No, I did not bother telling office issue when I found another Dr because nothing in practice would have changed.

I was looking for a new doctor's office that practiced functional medicine. I came across this doctor's office, and gave it a try. The mid-level provider that we saw was great. I have nothing but good things to say about her. My issue with the facility is that they are all about money. Even though we were being seen for a wellness visit, they would not allow us to charge it as a wellness visit. They said that we would have to come back for that visit, that our first visit was to get established with a provider. I said okay I understood and paid for my copay. I then had to cancel my follow-up appointment the morning of, for a medical emergency for my son. I called and they said no problem and cancelled the appointment. I then started getting emails almost every day, as well as bills in the mail. They wanted to charge me a fee to cancel my appointment, and charged it as a no-show. I was not a no-show I did cancel my appointment, and it was due to an emergency. They said that it is policy and they cannot forgive the fee for a medical emergency. I was upset with this because I was not even told this over the phone when I cancelled the appointment. They will be losing my business and I will be going back to my old provider.

Had an awesome experience at Absolute Health. Dr. Abraham was very personable, patient and took a genuine interest in me and my health. Also, the other staff members were extremely pleasant. So happy to have found this group!

After years of searching for a Health care team who actually listen's and is proactive with my health care, I found it all here at Absolute Health. If I need a referral to see a specialist ,team is on it and I hear from them the next day. I enjoy speaking with the team that looks after my health care. Ashley Davis , special shout out ,thank you for caring and listening & getting me healthy again !

Very disappointed, all about money. My wife came home more than one time crying because of the lack of caring. She’s been so proactive with the office and calling them to confirm appointments ahead of time, etc.. they actually called her two times to tell her they had her blood results in. The issue is that she had a virtual visit weeks ago to discuss. I feel bad for my wife, she really tried and has referred many people to them. She loved Angela who left the practice and it seems no one else cares. She left a message for the office manager to call her has not to our surprise no return call. What a shame

I used to think this was one of the best Internal Medicine Practices in the area. Lately I have had problems with prescriptions properly sent to my pharmacist. I was to get one in particular for neuropathy and didn’t receive it until the day after my need. Too many back and forth phone calls resulting in an angry patent and confused pharmacist. Had to go to ER for a very painful acute illness because they couldn’t fit me in. Called from ER on a Saturday evening to cancel Monday’s appointment because my care came from the ER. They told me I would still be charged for cancelled appointment due to not calling within office hours. Being retired on limited income, this hurt. Not in love with this practice anymore. It has grown too big and has excessive turnover. Patients suffer now.
