This was my doctor for so many years, I move away and came back to Florida two years ago
I was excited to get my doctor back! OMG
What a disappointment, I don’t know what is going on there, the front desk ladies are so rude is not even funny, everything is a bother, you asking too much attitude…. Needless to say I’m hunting for a new doctor …. I never got to see Dr Abrams again . the other Drs are fine is the support staff that is terrible.

Secretary is very unpleasant and unhelpful and not addressing my concerns. Medication refill requests are very important and when i asked why it has been 3 days and still wasnt sent to my pharmacy she said that i wasnt the only person requesting refills and i need to just wait. Completely unacceptable. These are medications i need and now have been out of these medications for two days.

Like many other reviews, the staff here is the problem. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills really take away from the great doctors they have on staff. Will never return to this office, but would like to inform the staff, rude is defined as "insulting or uncivil; discourteous; impolite. vulgar or obscene".

A good customer experience should be the baseline, not a rare occurrence.

I’m reading some of the latest reviews and can’t believe it. I’ve had nothing but great service in all the years I’ve been going here. Elena Diaz and Loreen Ruiz are absolutely amazing. Wait times have been short, staff has always been kind and professional, and treatments have been good. Keep up the great work.

I have been a patient of Dr Abram’s for many years. However in all those years if I have seen the doctor three times it’s too much. He is never available and you would need to see a nurse practitioner. In my last visit which was three weeks ago I was taken care by a nurse practitioner Elena Diaz. I was feeling horrible and after 15 minutes waiting in the waiting room I asked the front desk if it would be much longer. 5 minutes later Elena walks in seeming a bit upset that I came out of the room to see why it was taking so long. She was more concerned about why I hadn’t done a well check appointment since it was over a year since my last one. I told her I see my doctor every three months since I have to be seen by a kidney specialist. She said oh , we are not your doctor? At which point I said if that’s the case no since I only see nurse practitioner and not the doctor here. Her demeanor was not professional she rolled her eyes at me . After my visit I asked her name and she said my names is Elena, Elena repeat her name as if I was hard of hearing. At which point I told her by the reception area I have never been treated so horribly . Today I got a certified letter saying I was the rude one and they no longer want me as a patient. Dr Abram’s you could have saved the 5.58 that it cost you to send the letter certified. I wasn’t thinking of continuing going to your office either. By the way I never got a call back with my test results either. So maybe you should do your research on how your office is run before you lose more patients.

I hope you take this criticism to improve the service and respond your patients are deserving of. Sorry if you find my review rude it’s just the truth.

I absolutely love Dr Abrams and his staff. Everyone is friendly and super attentive, the app makes everything easier and quicker including check in on the day of my appointments. Wait time for your visit is never long which is my pet peeve at Dr offices as of late, you make an appt but have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor, not here. Getting scripts, labs and referrals are so easy, they are sent over quickly and efficiently. Dr Abrams has amazing bedside manner, he is a Dr who truly listens to you and cares. He has truly turned my health around in the last 2 years just by listening to me and getting to the underlying causes. What I also like is that he will talk to you about natural ways to also improve health like diet, exercise, vitamins and supplements not just push a program or medication. He sees my husband as well and my husband agrees Dr Abrams and his team are hands down the best.

I love Dr cherkiss. She listened and really tried to help me with the issues I was having. So my issue was not with her. It was with the office staff. I have been trying since May to get them to correct their billing with my insurance company and many calls later. They still haven’t done it and I have $800 bill that my insurance is refusing to pay until they fix it and is likely to hit collections it’s beyond frustrating. It’s almost like the office staff has no clue how to communicate with the insurance company.
Update- still no help or call backs. Very frustrating nearly 5 months of this. Will never go back 🙁

I have never wrote a review for this office, but with some of these low rates I felt I needed to! Dr. Abrams is hands down the BEST and I mean, the BEST DO in all of south Florida. I have been going to this practice for 15 years and the way he cares about his patients is unmatched. I think some of these low reviews are from people who feel entitled and lack compassion that EVERY one is human and we all have some error within us! Dr. A has helped me in ways that I can’t even explain his level of compassion and care for his patients is unmatched so much so that when I move to Texas early next year I will be flying in to see him for my yearly exam! Truth be told there are not a lot of physicians that literally will sit you down and say you need to take vitamin D and tell you about natural vitamins that aid in healthy living! To date I have taken my vitamin d and it has made such a difference in my life, among many other valuable gems Dr. A has provided over the years! His staff is amazing and I trust Dr. A with ALL of my health!
