I had an injury on my shoulder, very painful recovery. Audra and Joe was amazing in helping me to exercise it so I wouldn’t have a frozen shoulder. I’m also a bartender and developed a tennis elbow, after few fascia treatments from Audra she totally cured it. Both are very knowledgeable about everything and anything has to do with body. Clean and friendly gym, highly recommended!

Since November 2014 when my husband and I started coming to Florida for 5½ months every winter, I have been seeing Audra for weekly FST treatments. Fascial stretch really works for me, and Audra is truly an expert therapist. She keeps me limber and takes away any aches and pains I may have. She also gives suggestions as to how to care for myself at home. I am really thankful that I can see her as often as I do.

A few years ago I was really bothered by pain in my shoulders that would not go away despite repeated massage and chiropractic. Eventually I was on a ski trip where I could barely sleep or ski and stumbled into a sports therapist who just so happened to be a certified level 3 fascial stretch specialist. One session saved my vacation and made a big lifestyle change. Since then, when I travel I keep an eye out for the elusive level 3 specialist, and Naples FL is extremely lucky to have Audra. This time FST made the aches and pains of kite boarding go away.

After 2 30 minute stretches.
