Where is the place to leave zero stars? I agree with everyone that said they are rude and unprofessional. We went through Aabica Medical ONLY due to the fact that they said they could likely get a very specific walker. When they realized they could not get it they didn’t call and let us know( thank you Miranda), and by then insurance had approved only that medical supply store, so then we were stuck. When I’d voiced my upset (that is too complex to go into) Stephen the supervisor took over to help us. He said he could most likely get the walker and would help us as a favor and that he’d call me back the next day. I didn’t hear back from him and had to call and ask. I was told he’d ordered it. Then I had to call again and ask as it should have been delivered. When I called this time she asked me to send a picture of the exact Walker. I was thinking, if he already ordered it as you said last time, then why are you asking for a picture of it. Anyway, I’d sent the picture by text of the exact walker. After a few minutes she told me he’d ordered it and it would be coming. I said he did order that one right, and repeated the make and model. She said yes he said he ordered it. Then when I hadnt heard about it getting delivered I called them again. I was told it was delayed. Finally they said the walker had shown up after a full month. I asked to confirm it was that exact walker so that I didn’t waste my gas and time driving over there (45minutes) and was told I don’t know, that’s what he had said was ordered.

When I get there this not the walker at all. When I am upset about this the girl got Stephen on the phone who then began to get upset w ME, telling me that he told me it wasn’t going to be the same model. The truth there, is that he had never once talked to me again after our very first conversation where he was supposed to call me back, so there’s no way he even could have. Whenever I’d call he would avoid talking to me and have whoever had answered the phone be the messenger. He then told me that he had sat there while the other girl had told me that he would get a walker that was comparative but not the one we were asking for. These words NEVER came out of ANY of their mouths, and now I’m sitting in this store getting blamed. Stephen is so busy getting upset at ME that he tells the lady to put the walker in the back, not to give it to me even if I want it, and to have me leave.
The reality here is that all that EVER needed to happen was for them to have called me the very next day after we’d originally contacted them and said they were unable to get that one.
What they did for us was cause an insurance issue and then make it so my poor very elder dad that needs neck surgery and can hardly walk can’t get a walker at all. Zero stars, careless service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aabica Medical Supplies. After placing an order for a manual wheelchair for my mother, it took them a staggering six months to process the delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups, they repeatedly assured me in early October that the wheelchair would be delivered that same week, but I heard nothing. I had to call back on October 29, only to be promised yet again that they’d follow up—yet no one did. Finally, on November 1, I called with an IHSS representative on the line. Only then did they admit that even after six months, they couldn’t deliver promptly because they were ‘fully booked’ and couldn’t make any accommodations for their delay. This level of service is unacceptable; I wouldn’t recommend Aabica Medical Supplies to anyone relying on timely, reliable support for essential medical equipment.

The worse place to get your medical supplies. Very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant staff. Did not answer my questions. They have no respect for older people. I would not recommend it. Do not waist your time.

they helped our client jesse get his chair so quickly. he has had terrible luck with other wheelchair companies but not aabica. we cannot say thank you enough for their customer service and promptness!! he is so happy with his new chair
