I am totally impressed. Patients are not customers. Patients are sick or injured and are forced to put all their trust with healthcare professionals while at their most vulnerable times in their lives. The staff was totally professional and made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend A1 Imaging.

The front staff was nice and so was the tech. I went into a very large room with an open mri where you dont don't go in a tunnel. If you are super claustrophobic, this will be a great place for you. The nice lady walked me thru each step. I would recommend.

I recently went to get my first MRI at A1imaging, and I was pretty nervous, but with the friendly staff, as well as a gentleman named Ivi, they were awesome at making me feel comfortable, and it was actually a fairly quick and easy process!! Highly recommend this place!!

Recent MRI of lumbar and the detailed report stated that there was no remarkable findings. I brought the CD to two MD's and 1 physical therapists and within seconds all three confirmed an obvious bulging disk at L5-S1. The staff was pleasant, there were about 2:00 hours for MRI which seemed long. Only the MD can request to have the image re-evaluated by I wasn't wasting my time and neither should you. BE AWARE!

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment show up at scheduled time they tell me when I get there that the machine was broken..so I schedule another appointment show up 10 minutes early and then after 40 minutes of waiting I ask if I will be seen soon. They say they had a walk in come in so they took the walk in before the the two appointments ahead of my appointment so I would have to wait 2+ hours to be seen. I walked out. Never in my life have I made an appointment at a clinic or anywhere for that matter and been told that a walk in takes precedence over an appointment. Do NOT go here it is literally a WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had an mri and x-rays done there. I'm in a wheelchair and needed some assistance. I don't have a single complaint.

I've had many MRIs done in my life but this place with this awesome team that they have over there the best in the business because I went in the full tube and I wasn't even claustrophobic I was very comfortable nice and warm I even took a little nap all the other MRIs that I've been to I felt claustrophobic but the people over there they know what they're doing highly recommend A1 m r i thank you team for making my MRI experience comfortable they all are the best in the business
