I had the absolute most beautiful labor experience with Jessica Fuentes (Midwife). She was so patient and gave me the best recommendations to deliver my baby safely and vaginally, I felt so safe and cared for with her. All of the physicians were attentive as well when I would see them during my office visits. I can’t recommend them more! Jessica is absolutely amazing I recommend her greatly!

I had an outstanding experience with Nurse Practitioner Lori. From the moment I walked into her office, she was warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Her kindness and compassion created an atmosphere of trust, which made discussing personal health issues feel incredibly comfortable.

Lori's expertise in women’s health was evident throughout our visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions with patience, and provided thoughtful, personalized care. Her professionalism, paired with her ability to connect on such a personal level, is truly exceptional.

I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. Lori is a true gem, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and empathetic practitioner in women’s health.

Last Friday I had my 20week anatomy scan. They were running over 40 min late and when I had my ultrasound the girl rushed through it and I wasn’t able to find out the gender. She was jabbing me and hurting me with the ultrasound machine to get the baby to move. When I asked if I could get up, walk around and get a drink hoping for better pictures and for the baby to move in a non painful way she said they were closing and she has to leave..

After that I saw Dr. Parker. She was so incredibly rude. She came in said everything looks good and left without saying bye. Never went over my scan, addressed my concern about not finding out the gender and never asked if I had any questions. It was terrible.

I have called the staff everyday this week hoping to talk to the office manager and the front desk said they left her a message but I can’t talk with her. I asked if another doctor can go over my scan and no one called me.

My annual appointment with Dr. Tzilinis was wonderful. The front desk staff provided a warm and welcoming reception, demonstrating excellent customer service. Dr. Tzilinis and her nurse were also very welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the entire staff and am so pleased to have found this practice.

I had my baby delivered through a women's place almost two years ago. I wanted to make review then but it was too fresh.
I gave two stars because I think if you are a person who wants to blindly trust your doctors than they will be a great option.
Personally I think informed consent is super important. Overall the doctors are not personable. I think Shepard is the best doctor in the practice. But when you sign up for one doctor you sign up for them all. I had created a birth plan and talked to Dr. miller she informed me that I didn't need one because they had a plan for me. I told her that I had differences on mine. And she continued to dismiss everything. Meanwhile Dr. Shepard had no issues with my plan. He had one concern about one thing and we talked it out. I also had to advocate to make sure I saw every doctor because towards the end of my pregnancy I still hadnt meet all the doctors who could potentially deliver my baby. I ended up getting a cervical check done with Dr. Miller and I am convinced that she did a membrane sweep without my consent. It was more painful than the other cervical checks and I immediately after lost my membrane plug and went into labor shortly after.
Dr. Heitman was the one who delivered my baby. I do not think he looked at my birth plan at all! Because he did not follow it in the slightest. The entire experience was very upsetting and he kept pushing pitocin despite me having zero complications and plenty of time.
For my postpartum check up he came into the room without knocking and I was still getting dressed. It felt extremely violating. He asked if I had any issues and when I explained something that was hurting he just said that's weird I don't see anything (or something to that extent). It was completely dismissed.

They seem to have a one sized fits all model and that just doesn't make sense. we are all different. We are individuals and at a women's place you are treated like a number. But hey my baby was healthy and I'm healthy so that's all that matters right?

Dr. Clements is absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable as a new patient and was very kind and personable. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I would also like to mention that the front desk staff were very kind and helpful as well! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Clements if you’re in search of amazing care and compassionate healthcare workers.

Great staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. My first appointment was very thorough and Dr Heitman was professional and caring. My daughter saw another Dr in this office and also had a great experience.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a gynecologist. Vickie Traxler was amazing. Not only was she so caring, but she was so knowledgeable about BRACA testing and other cancer concerns. By the time I left I felt like I was talking to someone I had known forever, and although women’s appointments can be stressful I had the upmost pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this office as it is very clean and comfortable.
