I love everything about A New You Wellness center. Best staff and doctors in Miami! They are a great team and so involved in their patient’s needs. They really care for you, they treat you like family. There has not been one phone call that they have not returned or taken care of my questions and concerns. I’m doing the weight loss injections with my husband and we have lost so much weight in a healthy way! They really know how to monitor the patient progress and always professional. I recommend them 100%

Dr. Eberwine and the staff are the sweetest people and it saddens me to write this review. I am not comfortable sharing my information and have to use a different email. Upon having a virtual call with Dr. Rudy I was so excited to start my program to improve my health. After the consultation, I received a welcome video explaining the next steps. I was assigned to a Cindy (my health coach) who was supposed be checking in weekly to monitor progress etc. She was hard to get ahold of, texts were not answered until 2-3 days later and till this day after I completed the fist program weeks ago- I have not received a call or email to schedule follow up with Dr. Eberwine. I spent thousands of $$$ and still feel the same way i did 4 months ago. Very disappointing that I have to find an another clinic.

Excellent customer service, supportive approach. The doctor is personable and detailed. I left comfortable, respected. My services involved the weight loss program and so I am happy. I have lost 20 lbs. I highly recommend this office.

"Healthcare" in America is a mess. Primary care physicians just herd people through and could really care less about you. It's difficult to get appointments since no one will call you back. Websites are also terrible and are no help in getting an appointment. Even when you ate able to get in, rarely does anyone follow up. So glad I found MHI. Dr. Rudy and Carlos have been phenomenal. Always educating, helping, taking time to explain details, and follow-up is incredible. They truly care about their patients. Plus, I'm getting great results and feel much better! Keep up the great work!!!

They don’t deserve 5 stars, they deserve 10 stars. Dr. Eberwein and Mrs. Eberwein have helped me take control of my healthy life. Being someone that has struggled with obesity my entire life, this dream team has not only helped me take off the weight but has taught me skills on how to keep it off. I have never in my life eaten healthy and with their time and patience, they slowly worked with me by adding a few healthy choices each week until I actually found myself eating healthy on my own. Highly recommend if you want to become healthy again.
Oh and I can not forget to praise the office crew as well, all of them are always willing to go out of their way to help you.

Very friendly staff! The doctors are so kind & caring. The weight loss program I did years ago with them worked amazingly!!! I’ve never looked and felt better in my life. So now after 10+ years, 45 years old and premenopausal with some stubborn weight gain, I’m back to reach my weight loss goals again & I know I’ll be successful again because the doctors help you through it all. They are so kind, educated, professional & motivational! It’s been 1 week since my first visit back & I’ve already lost 3lbs. It works!
