The store was closed on Sunday, but the owner made a special trip to help us get a nebulizer that we urgently needed. His kindness and willingness to help truly saved the day. Triple check the quality of their merchandise before paying for it.
I needed a knee brace with the hinges on the sides. The local chain store pharmacies have them, but they only go to leg size 22" and mine is 25".
Okay, called them and they said they had larger sizes in stock.
So I go there and their customer service was great. They found a larger knee brace that fit and I walked out wearing it for a hundred bucks...sigh.
5 hours later the inside hinge broke! I was able to remove the hinge to find out it was just made of plastic and more important- UNREPAIRABLE.

Now, I do not hold it against them. The hinge on the brace was completely hidden inside the brace and the brace appeared to be good quality, but how were they going to know it was plastic.
The braces at the chain store were branded by ACE and the other manufacturer in the yellow&black boxes - these all had visible hinges and they are metal.
Nice store, bit pricey and they had what I was looking for. It just doesn't work!

It's irritating now because it broke at 5 hours and four hours after putting it on I left on a boat. I'm sailing past the Dominican Republic in a boat rocking back and forth and no chance in hell of getting back to get another brace!

So just saying again, triple check the quality of their merchandise before you pay your money for it.

What a WONDERFUL Company! And the Sales people are amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful! I can also say that they are very understanding! I had to rent a knee roller and originally thought that I would only be in it for a month. Then found out that I would have to be in it for another month. Well, I completely forgot to go back to pay for the additional time. I believe it was the owner and Joan that I've been working with, and both have been truly remarkable! Thank you for a GREAT Experience!

Complete brand stockings has already ripping bought 5/2/16.
Business does not accept returns due contact with skin . I never heard of this from any medical supply. Beware of this business.

Very expensive store to buy equipment, it’s better to buy online else where or at local Walmart. Bought a surgical boot for $100 when I could of got it cheaper else where .
