After I left a one star review, this company contacted me to offer to pay the return shipping on the lamp in exchange for me changing my review. As of today, over 9 months after original problem, I finally have the funds back in my account so I am improving the review as promised. I am leaving the previous info because the incident still happened, but I wanted to uphold my end of the bargain to change my review as was asked of me. So there we have it, now they get an extra star.

I bought an infrared lamp from them. First two heads didn’t work at all. Third one, (that they forgot to send out to me for two weeks after promising it would be shipped immediately) kind of works but doesn’t generate a normal amount of heat, just like second one, and they won’t issue a return unless I pay for the shipping which is almost as much as the lamp itself. They told me it works although I have patients who say they can’t even feel the heat at the prescribed distance. They are a nightmare to deal with on the phone also. I will never use this company again.

Visited a few months ago and bought one of those TDP therapy lamps that my chiropractor recommended for use at home. Still working well so far, and it's just like the ones they use on me at the chiro's office.

They've also got a couple floors of product showrooms—organized by type of product, I think—that you can walk and browse through if you have a bit of time. Found some interesting stuff... but left with just the lamp. Maybe next time!

This company has the worst manager in the world. I bought a wooden foot bath barrel and it was leaking. I went there to return it within two days after I bought it, they did not want to return it and wanted to force me to buy something else there. They only wanted to give me store credit. The manager was busy arguing and fighting with two different customers at the same time instead of solving problems. During intense fighting with this manager and his horrible attitude, he called me a racist ( by the way, we are both Chinese ). Then he threw the wooden foot bath barrel on the floor so hard that the metal rings came out of the barrel. He finally had to give me a refund as I only bought the item two days ago. I never want to buy anything from this company again.

I always go to this place to buy things for my small business, the people who working there they are friendly, knowledgeable and they give you advices when you need . And the price a tiny bit higher then other company but the quality is much better. It’s becoming my favorite shop .

I bought a tdp lamp about 3 years ago and had some issue last week. The sales (John) was willing to help and work with me, even it was outside of the warranty period. I really appreciated it.
