They are an agency that I would recommend people to use for transportation if a vehicle is not available. Then you can contact them through phone or on-line. They make sure that you are at your appointments on time. And if you need to make an unscheduled stop they will only charge a small fee.

The seat bus offers terrible service! If I didn't live so far away, I would transport my dad myself. They drop him off at his appointments and leave him waiting hours to get picked up again. On several occasions they have been late, went to the wrong house and when they arrived to the correct house they didn't bother to blow the horn or knock on the door they just drove off! There are very few good people that answer the phone at the call center and today I spoke to Nadia! Nadia is the most ignorant, disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to at the call center. I have even had an issue with the supervisor and I can see where and why the employees talk the way they do and where the attitude comes from. My father called saying that he had been waiting for a while to be picked up. So, I called and before I could finish my sentence, BEFORE I COULD FINISH MY SENTENCE Nadia said the driver was 4 minutes away! It's crazy because she didn't waste a second to look for the driver or call the driver see to where he was or how far away the driver was away...she immediately gave me an answer before I could finish my sentence. My father called me again 20 minutes later saying he still has not been picked up. I called back again and once again Nadia answered and treated me the same way. This time I didn't get the chance to say my father's name before she hung up on me. I have done ABSOLUTELY nothing to this girl to make her act this way. I am simply someone who was calling for my father. I handle all his business and I am concerned. The next time I called i spoke with a very nice person who let me finish my sentence. Someone who listened someone who actually gave me a chance to say my father's name. This LADY apologized, put me on hold, contacted the driver, and told me someone will be there to pick my father up in about 15-30 minutes. I hate to admit it, but I cried...i just started crying on the phone and i never do that...i am so angry, hurt, disgusted and filled with so much rage that I didn't want to show. I finally talked to someone with some sense and professionalism.

This isn't the first time that I've had a problem with the SEAT bus. Several of their employees are rude and have nasty attitude. Several of them will ruin your day when you call. It's like they don't care. It like they have no respect and no intention of helping you or your loved one. So, with that being said I dislike this company and I am always looking for a different service for my father...even if I have to start a simular business myself to help people in that area like him and I. No one should have to go through this. I have already spoken with supervisor on several occasions and she has had a nasty attitude too!WHY? I record all my calls..I have those conversations and i will do whatever i can do to fix this problem. I will post to social media and news channels to broadcast this ridiculous treatment and abandonment of patients. I will do WHATEVER it takes! ABSOLUTELY terrible service and if I could've given a "0" I would have.

Omg, Where do I begin. I called today and spoke with Doris on behalf of my client to set up transportation services for an upcoming doctor's appt. and this lady's customer service skills were horrible. She was very impatient and rude and constantly sighed everytime I asked a question. I had her on speaker so that my client could hear the conversation and even he was upset and frustrated with the way she handled the call. He said this would be his first and last time using them. If I didn't have another job, and could take him to this particular appointment, he most definitely would NEVER ride with this company. They should do a class or something on customer service skills because "Doris" definitely could use them. If someone as unprofessional as her is representing this company, I can only imagine how the supervisors attitudes are. She was so extra for no particular reason, just literally acted as if we got on her last nerve for calling and that she had to pay for scheduling a doctor's appointment. Something definitely need to be done about this because the elderly DO NOT deserve to be treated as if they are annoying or causing problems for needing services that's created specifically for them. Please keep in mind DORIS, that without THE AGING, your ignorant butt wouldn't even be in the position to answer the phone regarding their needs. This is NOT the job for you, but be very mindful of how you treat and talk to older people because your time to age is coming as well!!!!!!

They need to spray often. They have a bed bug infestation. Crawling out of some of the seniors clothes. In the couches. Stop letting them bring all those big bags stuffed with junk and bed bugs in them. This post was deleted before. Reposting. Gonna call my alderman.
