I can’t lie I miss Dr Copeland she was the absolute greatest! I was hesitant about getting a new Doctor but Dr. Ramos is very good so far! The few times I have visited she has been very helpful & understanding!

Dr. Ramos isn't thorough. Came in for dizziness. Thought my vertigo came back. She only checked my ears because I mentioned I had fluid when I previously had vertigo. She didn't check my nose, she didn't listen to my heart, or even check to see if I had a sinus infection. A few days later I go to an urgent care and I have a sinus infection. Same day at Dr Ramos her medical asst checked my blood pressure and it was high so she checked it again still high. I call back two weeks later to ask can they call in something for my blood pressure and she says I need to schedule an appt to talk with the doctor. I ask why you have it documented my pressure was high so are you just trying to get another co pay and I have been on blood pressure meds from you'll before. It seems its a money thing when you have a good insurance. I advised I don't have the ability to keep taking off work. I wish I would of changed to a more experienced Dr in the office. I don't like her mannerism. She has sent my childs medical paperwork to the wrong people! Hipaa violation. The list goes on and on. Never experienced this with any Dr.

Dr. Kristen Michael and her nurse Yulonda (I hope that’s right) are exceptional! I have been seen here for over 15 years and the staff has always been super friendly. The receptionist are awesome! Even the lab workers have been great! And always willing to help. Dr. Michael takes her time and really listens to the big picture and is honest. Thanks so much for being such an amazing team!

Dr. Kristen Michael is amazing! She takes time to listen to all my concerns and patiently explains. Whenever I need to set up a telemedicine appointment, she always finds time. Yolanda is always great and helpful as well!

I've had problems from the beginning of my experience going here. I rarely get a return call from the nurse when I leave a message. Have had a very hard time. The receptionist are great and friendly. I have Dr.Wilson and really liked her.But am not happy with my experience as a patient.

dr kirsten_michael and all the staff are super nice and professional i can't say a enough about them. they are always friendly. i highly recommend parkwest health center
