I called asking about a CPAP machine and the lady was so rude didn't want my business. I told her my insurance and she said she has never heard of it before. I found another very helpful company, I hope they change there customer service. The only reason she got a 1 star was because she did say Hello!!!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Baker. I deal with Sandra there and she calls me each month on the first day I'm eligible for resupply. They are attentive and always helpful.

Im still here at the place. Stop by to order crutches for my daughter. The two ladies in the front, one younger and one older they are both not friendly at all. The older lady like to raise her voice when she talks. Having an injured child was hard enough definately dont need no more.
