Came to Jonesboro for medical school and this was the best thing about being in Jonesboro. This gym is always extremely clean. People are very respectful of each other and nice. The track is amazing to walk around and the sauna and pool are amazing and clean. The café is also amazing. Try their breakfast. The staff are also very nice and accommodating.

I was picked as a group of cancer patients to workout in a 12 week program. It was great and so beneficial. I so wish I could have continued with that group. By myself I never would have done it or felt encouraged to reach my goals. And then of course Covid, and now I have neuropathy brought on by Chemo. So disheartened. But the facility was great and I do miss it !

The gym is always clean and welcoming. I really enjoy the therapy pool and my husband like the whirlpool. The workers are very nice and helpful. I also like the little sit down area beside the Cafe on the mile. Great lunch, snack and post workout options. This place is great.

The facility is wonderful and has just about whatever you need in trying to stay physically fit. The staff is very nice but as usually there is always one in the bunch that is just opposite from the rest. My only complaints are that there needs to be more intense cleaning in the restrooms, pool areas and especially in the dressing rooms. Most of the lockers are inoperable which makes your personal belongings vulnerable to the people who like to think that what is yours is theirs for the taking.

Best gym in town! I absolutely love this place. If you haven't been to it, then I would highly suggest you pay them a visit as soon as you can. They have so many exercise machines, three pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, an indoor track, a snack bar, classes of all types for all types of people, lockers to keep your personal items safe, showers, and even a machine to dry your swimsuit! --TeresaMarie Cope

I’ve been going to this gym for quite some time and absolutely love it. I’m only docking because there have been numerous times when the staff is very standoffish. The younger staff always friendly and speaks. However, the morning-afternoon crew hardly says a word when I walk in or out. Unfortunately very off putting.

My experience has been lovely from the beginning. The staff is amazing, the gym is always clean and smells good too. I only wished I received a tour on the gym equipment, but I would not trade this place for another. Y’all keep it up, you’re doing a great job!!!

Great facilities and great people. I've been going regularly for 5 or 6 years now. Their standards are high on cleanliness - never worry about the locker rooms or equipment, all kept spotless. Cafe is warm and friendly, would probably go there even if I didn't work out.
