We cannot say enough good things about Direct Care! We have been members for over four years and have been so grateful for their care. Dr. Davis takes care of our entire family and is so thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. All the doctors occasionally fill in for each other and we have had great experiences with everyone. The nurses are also fantastic! They answer calls after hours and there is an app you can use for communication that often prevents the need for an office visit. Their fast, efficient care has been a godsend with two small children. Our membership with them is one of the best investments we make!

I am so incredibly grateful for this clinic and it’s friendly staff & in particular, Dr. Davis! She provided thorough, immediate, and thoughtful care for our newborn baby. I am so happy that my husband and I found this godsend of a clinic! When I lost my health insurance at retirement it was going to be nearly 3 years before my Medicare was going to kick in. Dr. Davis and Direct Care has been literally lifesaving! When COVID nearly took my husband Dr. Davis was right there with us helping us through the ordeal. Also she is one of very few doctors I've talked to that totally understands my ALPHA GAL symptoms.

The best experience I've ever had with a PCP or Pediatrician's office. I feel so blessed to have this kind of doctors clinic and continually sing their praises to friends. The office visit time, waiting for phone calls and hassle I have saved at DCC (vs my old doctors) is worth every penny. Do the math and I bet you will end up saving money just like we do vs. my high deductible.

My wife and I have been part of the DirectcareNWA family for over a year. We have 8 kids. Managing through traditional healthcare systems were too time consuming and lacked personal relationship. Dr. Davis and Dr. Fankhauser take time to know the patients and invest in physical, mental, and spiritual health. The cost for services is reasonable and actually saved me when I was able to avoid an ER trip by being seen for a stuck fish hook in their office...ER visits average over $1k out of pocket with my last insurance provider. If you have been thinking about it but not sure...you won’t be disappointed!

Just joined today, Dr. Weedon sat down and chatted with us for an hour, about all sorts of things encompassing both medical practice our family life and just each others family. I have friends who owe me money and are doctors, who won't take that long to talk to me. A very good experience, outrageously reasonable fees, so far we are very excited, and glad we found them.
