I had the most incredible experience giving birth at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The nurses were absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. They truly made me feel comfortable and cared for and listened to all of my questions through process.

My husband was also pleasantly surprised by the food service. He said the meals were delicious and fresh. The food service staff accommodated my food/liquid needs prior to birth and provided us with a celebratory meal after delivery. Every staff member I encountered, from the nurses to the food service team, went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to be there for the birth of my child. Highly recommend this hospital!

Went in tonight to get treated for a spider bite. I’m not a fan of hospitals but felt very much at ease upon arriving.In no small part due to the lovely young lady (Kim) in reception area. She was funny, charming, and very reassuring. Kim appreciate the great work you do. The staff in whole were pretty great. But wanted to acknowledge warm reception. Thanks Kim

You have such a lovely facility.
Your staff is so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The MRI technician kindly lowered the table and gave me cushions to roll on, to get off the table. I have to roll sideways and then sit up, all with no help. I love that they can make me a CD of the procedure to take with me.
You are outstanding, easy to get to, and are my favorite place to have imaging done!

The nurses where great both times I was there. Kevin was my preop nurse and did great getting my IV and then Tanya was my post op nurse she was great with helping me keep the post op initial pain under control. They all listened to me and where wonderful. Anesthesia was awesome I usually get sick after surgery but both times I had surgery within 2 weeks of the initial procedure the kept me from being sick to my stomach. Thank you for being attentive and listening. Being a nurse myself it's hard to let others take care of you.

NW Medical Center is not my hospital of choice. I was sent there by my Dr to get an X-ray of my shoulder because of being in a lot of pain. I was the only one in the waiting room. I checked in over their phone. After waiting for half an hour, I went looking for someone to find out if they forgot about me. The hospital worker went to ask and was told they only had one person working in X-ray and they had 2 trauma cases from accidents. It would have been nice if someone would have come to let me know that. I am diabetic and it was getting time for dinner. I had no snacks with me and was feeling shaky. Very disappointed in their service!

Everyone was great and very professional! I am an employee there and got to see how others jobs are performed as a patient. Everyone was friendly and explained to me what they were doing. I really appreciated that. Amy, who done the joint camp, was amazing, informative, and funny. I loved that! CT and EKG went great. The lady in the lab was awesome! She did a very good job, I didn't even bruise and normally I do. Great job! Very impressive!

Was welcomed so sweetly due to having neck surgery. I was very nervous about having surgery and the team was able help with being very comforting and answered all my questions. They treated me like a family member . The nurses were amazing as the Dr was also . Definitely appreciate and amazed at the way things were handled.

This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in relation to out-patient surgery. The nurses in the pre op and recovery area were amazing. The anesthesiologist that helped me was above and beyond. She listened to my concerns and apprehensions and took care of them! No nausea or any other issues after surgery as I have previously experienced. Would not hesitate going there again.
