My first time going after reading rave reviews! I had no appointment it was very last in the evening! Great & fast service with a well tidy establishment! both the nurse and Dr. Amanda were very caring & thorough! They told me I had strep, we checked which pharmacy would be open late and I received relief right away! I will be forever grateful thank you! ☺️

First time visiting this clinic. Walked in with no appointment. I was taken back within 40 minutes and my concerns were taken seriously. The nurse was very kind and polite. I didnt feel like I had to justify being there- my symptoms spoke for themself. I got the treatment I needed, my prescription was filled. As a young adult scared of going to the doctors, I feel better physically and mentally knowing they cared about me. I definitely trust this clinic! I will be back. 🙂

We have had good prior experiences with urgent care, but one was less than satisfactory. We took my daughter in for a fever, and we ended up waiting a long time in the room before the doctor arrived. When the doctor finally came in, she spent less than two minutes examining my daughter before leaving. I felt this was not an appropriate way to treat a patient. I don't think they really diagnosis for the patient who has fever for 4 days.

I had gone to another clinic before coming here that wouldn’t take us because we didn’t have an appointment. On a Sunday with a sick child. But you guys were great. The only thing was the provider kept asking if anybody vaped in the house. We don’t smoke or vape, but he asked me two or three times. Is this normal?

Front desk and nurse were professional and nice. Facility was clean. Nurse practitioner spent less than 2 minutes with us and was not thorough. Wait was very long even though we had an appointment. I would recommend trying a different urgent care.

The check in and staff were great. I've been complaining for years that filling out paper forms on a clipboard that asked for information on file made no sense - that we should use technology to confirm/update vs. submit the same stuff over and over. I love that everything was digital this time. Wait seemed a bit long considering I was the only patient, but overall it was great.

Front desk was quick as we have been there just a couple of days ago. Nurse did her job of recording the parameters and then we were made to wait for an hour before the doctor turned up. Time spent with Doctor 45 seconds or under. 99% of the Over all time spent at the premises was “waiting for the doctor”.

Great experience! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Since I made an appointment, I was seen right away. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I was in and out within 30 minutes.
