I've been a patient with this clinic for 18 years. Same doctor the entire time until recently they switched me to another doctor. This doctor lied on my medical chart saying he referred me due to him not wanting to renew a medication I've had prescribed through this very clinic for 15 years. Now by refusing to refill this medication which has caused me to stop taking it suddenly. Which is dangerous and could cause complications up to seizures.The staff from the doctor that lied on my chart wouldn't even call me. They had a great nurse from my former PCP of almost twenty years call me. To sum it up they act like I've done wrong for taking a medication as prescribed! Not too much or anything else. You have to love our Healthcare system. They could've helped me find a place to safely stop taking the medication.

Recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic, Dr. Jain was ok, appt felt very rushed and she seemed like she just wanted to get out of there. I couldn't ask any questions. She changed my medication doses and that was pretty much it.

The nurses and doctors are amazing, sadly one of the front desk ladies is very dismissive and can't wait to transfer you without listening what you have to say, I had an issue with the app and she immediately just gave me a phone number when the issue could have been solved if she had taken a minute to see that they didn't have my email address on record. She will make you almost feel guilty by bothering her with questions/requests. It is so sad because my fist visit was really great but the follow up has been awful so far.

I LOVE all of the staff at this clinic. But, I also love Dr. Jayroe. Literally anything and everything I have problems with or questions about, he’s there. I’ve never had a more caring and smart doctor. He is so knowledgeable and if he can’t find a solution, he will find someone who can find a solution for your problems and needs. He never fails to help me in any situation. I highly recommend this Dr’s office and Dr. Jayroe as your primary care provider.

The hours are great and the reason we selected this office. The providers and staff were friendly and I didn't have any major complaints. Unfortunately, we have a high deductible and our routine medication appointment charge would fluctuate every time between $100-$200. We ended up owing over $700. Luckily there was a payment plan. However, it was very frustrating not knowing the cost of a visit until we get the bill. I called the office and spoke with them about this several times and even disputed charges which was unsuccessful. We left this practice for this reason.
However, if you do not have to deal with high out-of-pocket costs and maybe only have co-pays, this place would work.
