I had two of the best therapist that one could ask for my occupational therapist (Christina, I believe her name was) was great off the chain above and beyond very personable easy to communicate with, but stay on task.
And the young man named Luke was my physical therapist. Worked me to death, made me love Every minute of my workouts he was just great.

Staff members who came to my parents' home were nice and the physical therapy assistant was definitely helpful; however, communication was poor and when the service ended, they didn't realize the staff wasn't returning. The supervisor made a visit, and they didn't hear back. This service is connected to Humana Gold.

Ive only been working with Blake PT the most and have no complaints there. I would totally refer people to him. Im sad Im leaving home health. Loved me some Blake. Ive worked with Iris as well and she was good as well. The problem Ive had with a nurse is Denise. She spent 2 HOURS on a Cath change and it hurt like hell and she made me bleed. I would not recommend her to no one.

Luke has beenphysical therapist. He teaches me how to exercise my body for most effective ways. Gaining control of my body. He is prompt, courteous. Respectful and he encourages me to do my homework. Encourages me to do more. I would have no other health care agency work for me. Sam his manager is very effective in his role of Evaluator. He?
Is personable Prompt and courteous.
All members of the teams that I have met from the center well are our well-trained well healed? Wonderful people.
It has been very fruitful for me to have them in my home.

The worst scheduling. They are never on time. Last time they were here she said she would call before she came, then never came back. Never said they were finished with service just never contacted us.
