I always have a great experience as a patient at the Wound Center. Dr. Dean and his staff members are caring, knowledgeable and supportive. They always answer my questions and explain at each visit how my wound is healing. I am so thankful that CHI Saint Vincent has such an excellent wound center in Little Rock!

The check in went so smooth and fast. I was asked to be there by 7am instead of 7;30, my appointment time, we were there by 6:45. I was supposed to be in surgery by 9 am but didn't get called back until later. No one came to inform us of any thing! A nurse could of popped in and said there were complications or something, any word would of been nice. When they came to get me for my surgery the Dr and my husband were rude to each other, which didn't help my anxiety any. At the end of the surgery went smooth and I got released about and home about 5 pm. All has went well since then.

The staff that greats you on entrance is very
warm and patient. There was no waiting time. The technician doing my ultrasound
was thorough, patient, discovered minor
clotting not identified in the records. She
consulted with a Dr. , and they prudently
decided to not have me do the pressure
test that had also been scheduled.
Thank you for your professionalism!

If zero stars was an option that's what I would be leaving here. My experience with Dr. Adam Chandler at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock was beyond disappointing—it was unacceptable. This doctor showed a shocking lack of professionalism by yelling at my little sister and even having the audacity to say she was ‘wasting his time.’ No patient should ever be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially when they’re seeking help from a professional.

This type of behavior is a red flag, not only for Dr. Chandler but also for St. Vincent Hospital if they continue to employ someone who treats vulnerable patients with such disregard. A doctor’s role is to heal, support, and listen—not to intimidate, dismiss, or belittle. How can we trust a hospital that allows this behavior to go unchecked?

I urge St. Vincent to re-evaluate their standards for patient care and demand better from their staff. And I encourage anyone who’s experienced similar treatment at this facility to speak up. Together, we can help ensure that every patient is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. My sister deserved better. We all deserve better.

After a serious car accident, I was taken to this hospital against my wishes. Upon arrival, I was forced to put weight on my severely injured foot to transfer from the ambulance gurney to a wheelchair, which was extremely painful and unnecessary. Once in the ER, despite arriving by ambulance, I was left sitting for a long time with minimal attention.

The care I received was disappointing. The nurses were friendly and tried to keep the mood light, but it felt like my injuries weren’t taken seriously. The doctor quickly diagnosed me with a severe sprain and insisted I put weight on my foot, even though I repeatedly told him I couldn’t. After leaving the hospital, I found out I actually had multiple fractures and dislocated joints, which were completely overlooked.

Adding to the frustration, I paid for an X-ray, only to be told that no one on staff could read the results at that time. I was given vague instructions to rest and was initially offered nothing to support my foot. I had to request crutches, and even then, I was told I could put some pressure on my foot, which was unbearable.

The only positive part of my experience was the nurses who tried to make me laugh, but that doesn’t excuse the substandard care I received. I would not recommend this hospital, as it felt like a joke from start to finish, with no genuine concern for my health or well-being.

I was treated great. It wasn't the staffs fault. My doctor said I needed 2 pint of blood nut when I got there no orders were wanting for you guys to get started. I was beginning to feel weaker and weaker and couldn't legs got weaker. Don't feel bad it wasn't ur fault. I just wish the orders were already there before I got there so I could get some relief

The hospital and staff were amazing. The issue is with their billing department. They clearly outsource to India or somewhere else and they will contact you to prepay your deductible. They offered a 10% discount to prepay so I did it thinking I owed the money. Come to find out weeks later that I did not owe them any money since they billed last and I had satisfied my deductible. Now, I have been trying to get a refund and they refuse to issue it saying they have 30 to 60 Days to refund me. They will not let you speak to a supervisor and will continue to repeat the word tracks on their computer. I highly recommend contacting your insurance company and the attorney general office if you are contacted by them prior to your procedure. I was told by my insurance company that they are not allowed to offer any sort of discount off your deductible because you have to satisfy that portions. So, clearly they need to take a class on ethics.
