Joe Hebert is so good! He is very compassionate and caring, and he does his best to find out what is going on with you and what he can do to fix it. I absolutely love his staff and him! We need more people in the medical field like this! Thank you all for caring for me!

I love Dr joe.. but they don't answer the phones, and leaving you hanging with test results, I was told I would have the results of my mri Monday, which is today, I called them 4 times and no response, it's now almost 4 pm.. I'm certain have a torn rotator cuff and is. HURTS, I'm also out of the pain meds, and almost out of the muscle relaxers.. it also doesn't help that my husband's passes away last month, so I'm having to do everything by myself, can't look for a job until I get my shoulder straightened out.... love Dr Joe though!! No complaints about him.

I love Joe Hebert at Access Medical. He is so knowledgeable and dedicated. He goes above and beyond with a person’s needs. When he comes in the room you have his undivided attention. He never rushes a patient. I hope the clinic takes good care of him and he stays with access forever…. All of the staff there are so personable. I appreciate them very much!!! Such a great team!!

The office is efficiently run. A positive experience from check in to check out. Joe and receptionist/nurse are delightful. Smiles and can do attitudes are evident.
