The staff is always friendly, and the wait is never long. Ted always takes the time to listen to you, explain what is going on. He will make sure you get the care you need to get you over your illness or other conditions. With an appointment I can normally be in and out within 30-45 minutes. There is a convenient Pharmacy Med Relief just across the parking lot that I get my medicine filled. You can be seen, get your medicine filled and be back home in about an hour!

Ted gets an A+ I left my previous provider because of his attitude and poor treatment. I was with him about 10 years.. Also Teds staff are friendly, they will talk with you and treat you as a person

Ted has taken care of me since we first meet at Internal Medicine some 20 yrs. Ago he is simply amazing. He is kind, patient, he listens, not only to our medical concerns but to our everyday life problems. He is the type of person who loves what they do going above and beyond his extreme call of duty. If you want a doctor that actually listens, this is him. Dr. Phillips is the first doctor I've found that truly heard what I was telling him and actually did something about it. Finally, after years of not feeling like myself and not knowing why, I finally have some answers. Thank you!

When I came here with an appointment, he never spoke to me. He walked in the room but when I mentioned my medicine, he seemed like he was in a rush and he said he would fix it. I pick it up later come to find out he didnt. And he sent nurses to tell me I could leave instead of even sitting down to talk with me. The ladies over the phone are also quite rude when you set up an appointment with them. I give it two stars because the only thing done correctly is, at least I got the medicine. After sitting in the room for hours. And it wasnt the dosage I planned to discuss but he was too busy for me to finish talking about. The place isn't all that bad, but I just think they treat people with less respect then they realize.
