I have been waiting and calling for medical supplies over 6mos. The first lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. BUT SHE QUIT and I see why. The new YOUNG lady is extremely disrespectful and a careless liar. She want return calls or send medical supplies AT THE DOCTORS REQUEST. I call and get placed on hold for so long I hang up. I called back, she answered the phone and told a bold face lie that she would send out my supplies. I still haven't received them. It's been over 3 months and 6monts since I have a replacement for my c-pap. This place is "divided" I would NOT give a star but had to, to submit this comment. JUST AWFUL!!!

I dont have the energy to tell how bad my experience has been with these CPAP people. I received NO customer service after 6 months of complaints. They never called me back after I left messages. I drove the 30 miles to Caldwell twice. They just said they're too overworked and I can go someplace else. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Incompetent little whining divas working there.

Employees were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Keisha helped me with my neuropathy shoes that I will be purchasing she measured my feet was extremely gentle and accurate. Jennifer, was also extremely helpful and very courteous as I observed her waiting on other customers. Overall I will continue to keep going back for all my medical needs in the future. God bless

Good morning this place has been taken over by a new company out of Wynn Arkansas they terrible, unpleasant unpredictable & unprofessional very rude.....I will have them checked out I seen some red ? flags go up I will get my supplies somewhere else starting new week! You will not be disrespectful too me I know how too cut you off when you show me you don't care I am not the one believe that!
