This is a place that puts the CARE back in Healthcare. Everyone was nice and professional especially Jasmine who took my vitals and health history. I can't afford health insurance right now and this place is a real blessing. The services are less expensive than any insurance copay. Marcia was understanding and patient also with all the paperwork to get started as a patient. If this place is still around when I retire I would like to volunteer here. No place or person is perfect but these guys make it as close as possible.

I was told about Victory Health at an emergency room two years ago. I’m a self-employed worker, and can’t afford to pay for traditional health insurance. My standard of living concerning my health has declined in the last year, pretty rapidly. I’m very proud to say that today, for the first time in over 20 years, I was very happy to go to the doctor! I felt welcomed from the first minute in the door, until I had left for the day. From the enrollment, to seeing Doctor Wing, everything was clear that my health and wellbeing was priority one. Everyone that I met was beyond polite. Now I’m looking forward to further visits, and feeling like I have something to look forward to in the future. For the first time in a very long time, I feel like I’m not walking down a dead end road. For once, I didn’t feel like a number. May God bless everyone involved with such a great thing. I am beyond grateful for the wonderful staff and doctors here at Victory Health. My fiancé is uninsured and has been dealing with psoriatic arthritis for years. He hasn’t been medicated for it for multiple years as well. At our first visit, we were seen, helped and provided with medication.
They quite frankly saved his life, and I am forever thankful.

I was told about Victory Health by the ER. I have a rare condition and last my health insurance the 1st of the year. So this year has been hell on wheels for me. However, victory has hel me so much. The medicine needed to treat me is costly- very costly- they did not so it cost to much. They are helping me and praying for me. Thankfully through pray and the volunteers at Victory Health I’m getting the much needed help I need.

Went to this clinic during my time in Mobile due to not having health insurance. The doctor I was seen by was helpful and listened for the most part. The dental services they offer though, DO NOT LET THEM MESS WITH YOUR TEETH. I went in to have a broken tooth repaired, expected them to do a halfway decent job since they’re professionals. The dentist I was seen by seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there, I was the last patient they were seeing that day and they made it known. They kept saying how they wanted to get to lunch and how hungry they were. I apologized several times for the time of day that my appointment was, even though I didn’t schedule it at that time. As they rushed through the procedure, when I said I was in pain, the assistant said “he’s almost done” several times before he was actually done. A few days later I noticed this tooth was starting to turn black where they had put the filling in.. I called to speak to someone in regard to fixing this mistake. Never got a call back, never got to talk to anyone. They tried to make me feel like I was making it up because I didn’t know the dentist’s name, mind you I met him once, at the appointment. Also, as others have said, they don’t answer their phones and never return messages. Medical services, get this job done. Dental services, seek other options.

This place is wonderful. Dr Lightfoot and his staff are incredibly welcoming. They always make sure you are well taken care of for what ever problem you may have.
