The Dr there saved my life !! Lol my back was killing me and after two shots I was finally able to walk again. I wish I could have had one more to make it 100% but I'll take 90% over what I was feeling any day. And he was cool. Great personality and easy going! Thank y'all!! ?

I had came in over an injury I had received days prior, the nurse practitioner Amy, was very kind. Even called me back up there after I had went home to receive further treatment due to the specialist being in surgery and she wanted to speak with him prior to doing anything to me. I thought it was efficient & easy to see a Dr. They were very pleasant & timely. The Dr was pleasant & informed of my ailments. He prescribed 3 medicines & they were sent to my pharmacy. My only concern is that I had to give them my credit card info before they sent my bill to my insurance company .

Would never suggest Sherwood Urgent Care in my life. The providers are great but they have the most fraudulent billing I have encountered at a practice. I have been dealing with billing for a date of service from December 2023. I originally received a bill for that date of service where it clearly looked like they did not file with my insurance. Even though they have had access to my insurance for the past two years. I called my insurance company and they had no account of where they filed with them. I was able to get my insurance to conference in with the billing and have them file it again. I finally received an EOB on the DOS and saw that insurance has paid the claim out and I paid my co pay in July. I thought It was finished but then I received a bill in the mail for a totally different amount. I called my insurance again and the advised me that the clinic has filed three claims for the DOS. Of course two were denied because they were duplicates. I can't for the life of me figure out why a practice would file something three times other then being completely fraudulent and trying to get money out of unknowing people. The billing department is completely useless and is refusing to help me.

I have been having back pain for a week or two.  I remembered Sherwood from my visit approximately one month ago.  They were great then as they were now.  Kim who initially took my information was awesome as was Amy the RN who I also saw last time.  I went in looking for a PT referral but instead received a steroid shot which was an answer to my prayers.  I would definitely recommend the Batesville Urgent Care to anyone.
