This place is horrible. My wife went in with a lung hurting. They told her over and over again that it was nothing. She eventually hurt so bad she went to the ER and turns out she had pleurisy the entire time. She was told to follow up with her ARCare doctor and she tried contacting them multiple times for appointments, to tell them it hurt, to get any help/advice at all and they would not return her calls. They wouldn’t see her. They wouldn’t relay messages. They acted like nothing was wrong with her and made her feel like a burden the entire time. It got to a point where she was embarrassed to even call them because of how they were making her feel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Specifically the Harrsion St location.

A member of my family recently visited this clinic, and she saw Sharon Arnold. Arnold was incredibly adamant about my family member getting some sort of birth control, which was profusely denied by the patient. After this, Arnold said “well you should go ahead and start taking prenatals then”. This comment is incredibly inappropriate in the workplace. Considering the patient came in to be seen for an illness, her sexual activity has little to do with this appointment. Coming into a clinic should give the patient relief, not harassment over personal preferences regarding something unrelated to the appointment. Healthcare is opinionated and personal, and to push medication, especially birth control, on a young woman is unacceptable. Despite this, the nurse was amazing and very helpful, although I am unsure of her name.

Not to happy with the last pa I saw. She made me very uncomfortable..
But giving five stars now because Dr. Anderson is simply the best of the best. She truly cares listens n .anes u feel so comfortable! Would never change dr or the place as long as she's there. Love her.

Nurse Candace and Dr. Anderson are The Best Ever. Nurse Candace really loves her job and is so nice, we ended up laughing most of the time, she is so easy to talk to and I was very comfortable plus she was very gentle when taking blood. Dr. Anderson is very thorough and I could tell she Truly wanted to help me. Keep in mind I walked in there thinking I was going to not be helped at all, walked out very satisfied. Even after they have taken all of my phone calls quickly and very sweet and helpful.

Dr. Mary Anderson is very professional and kind. She takes the time to listen to what her patients have to say and is very thorough. I feel all of the staff from the front office to the nurses to lab techs are friendly, educated, and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Anderson or ARcare to anyone looking for a new doctor or clinic.

Dr.Anderson is great, good doctor great personality. The support staff, scheduling and one certain office staff need training in how to do their job. Point in case visited office in Batesville and my luck doctor Mary not in saw Jamie asked for a referral to orthopedic over two weeks ago. Called today to inquire why it was taking so long. The office gal said the person who does the referrals hadn't even attempted to get me an appointment. Asked why, she said
It was because they had more than one patient. FYI I then called Dr. Angel got an appointment in two minutes. Will not go back to AR care in Batesville again. Will go to southside office only. Love Dr.Anderson but thinking of leaving because of some staff with attitude.
