Every time I take My grandson into the clinic I have been very pleased. He was seen at the clinic today. Sheila, at the front desk, is so very pleasant. Each time we have encountered her she greets us with a huge smile and seems anxious to help us. She is very efficient and easy to talk to. Today she let my grandson know she was sorry he was not feeling well and assured him she would get him in with someone as soon as possible. I have spoken on the phone with her a few times and she always seems eager to handle my request. I never feel rushed or like my issues do not matter to her. She is a valued jewel to have in your front office.
I might add the Effie, the nurse is also so very sweet, thorough, and efficient. We always feel we are listened to and valued.

Had to use their services on a Sunday for my son. Since we don’t live there, we relied on Google Reviews to decide where to go.

We arrived around 11:20 and left before noon.
He was diagnosed with Flu B. Prescriptions were sent to Walgreens.

We had fast service, the location was bright and clean, the staff was very welcoming and nice. When patients left, they always wished them a speedy recovery! That’s a nice touch!!

The only issue was the prescriptions were sent to the wrong location (MI instead of AR).

I would highly recommend this facility. Kayla Crawford is the most caring and attentive provider. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a good provider to see Kayla Crawford. She will listen and is very knowledgeable. I never have had wait long & never feel rushed. The entire staff is friendly & professional.

I can honestly say that Dr. Kayla Crawford & her sweet nurse Sherry has to be the best there is, I've never had a experience in a Dr. Office like I had today, they were so loving & kind I didn't won't to leave ?
This is how it's suppose to be so WRMC take care of these fine gems!!! The office girls were sweet also ❤

I'd rate 0 if i have too. Front door is never unlocked, you have to call a number to be let in, or go into the other room where there isn't even a front desk, so you have to call again. When they answered, the lady huffed at us and said "she'd see what she can do" when we asked to get a covid test we already knew was negative (just needed one for work that stated it) and they've took well over 45 minutes to get a rapid test said and done. You'd think when there isn't anyone else in the whole clinic, that 1 test wouldn't take so long, but it did. All of our plans for the day have to be delayed by 45min - 1hr.

I have had to take my daughter and myself there this year. They are the nicest people! Very professional and to the point! Resolved our issues, explained everything that we needed to know and made sure we understood everything before we left. Jennifer Lambert is a Godsend and because of her, they are my family’s new PCP. Would recommend over and over. DidI mention that they are open all weekend? ?

Got in fast but my first visit will be my last. The people we're friendly but I needed lab work and refills on my medicine. They waited a week and a half to call me about my labs. Told me they sent my med refills to my mail in pharmacy. After not getting my diabetes meds went to get a copy of my labs so I could get my cardiologist to call it in.but they wouldn't give me a copy. I could go on and on but that is the condensed version.

I have been sitting in their waiting room for over 30 minutes as they have called back everyone one else. They even called the same women back twice when she was already in a room. I can see many nurses standing around in the back talking and laughing as I’m sitting in the waiting room on the verge of tears due to the amount of pain I am in. This is my first and last time at this clinic.
