I called to get some information about my father. Left a message and got a call back from Jennifer, the Dr.'s nurse. She must have been having a bad day. I felt like she was very rude and not helpful at all. She would not answer my questions, even though my brother and I are both on the list as ok to discuss his issues with us. All she said was come to his next appointment. With no understanding at all that people work just like her. I simply asked for some information they should have and she said she would not do that. I know my parents both love the doctor, which is great, however Jennifer did not act professional to me. This review has nothing to do with the Doctor.

I have been using Dr Amy for over 10 years the Dr is filled with so much knowledge & compassion. I'm a retired nurse so trust me working in hospital & clinics I've seen it all. Dr Amy has pulled me through several tuff medical situations . I cannot say enough or thank her enough. My first 5 star Dr all around, I graduated nursing school in 1976.
