ARKANSAS HEART HOSPITAL is not a hospital. It's like 5 ? Hotel. Nurses, doctors, and staff members are so kind ,and caring. Food has fenaminal taste,also you can order it from a menu. At this hospital anyone can feel comfort,love,and true care. I belive that the other hospitals must request a tour from Arkansas Heart Hospital Administration to learn how the hospital must be or should be.

You know what they just looked at me and put a machine on my heart for one day and $4000 bill. Why are you doing this to people during Covid? I am a poor person eve though I have a full time job. I have kids and single income. How am I going to effort that money. You are hungry for money.

I was at the heart hospital ER on Monday March 11, 2024 with a direct admit for my dad . When we approached the desk the receptionist was very rude from the beginning.(Shana) We told her we were direct she said have a seat. 2 hrs later I asked if she knew how long it would be, she very rudely said we're waiting on resources and we will let you know. I then called my dad's Dr in TX they said they would gladly see what was going on. His Dr office immediately called me back and said they are waiting on a room. Shana never advised us of anything the entire 4hrs we waited. Not to mention he never got and armband or IV stated before being transported to a room. Shana and her co-worker were the rudest I've seen in medical history. Other patients sitting in the ER witness the rudeness as well. On the other hand after going up stairs to a room, this was by far the best hospital care we have received ever! The nurses and Doctors on the 3rd floor are phenomenal!! If you can bypass the staff at the ER check-in between the hours of 1-4pm Shana and her co-worker you will have proper care! Love this hospital!

Are there a world class facility and tops in this state and have taken very good care of me in the past. My cardiologist is top-notch and I'm glad to have him. On the other hand every time I come to this place they make getting to where I need to be to be the most difficult process possible I know my doctor is good what is like Gilligan's Island trying to get to the right place on

Poor ER service.
We could hear the nurse and doctor. (Dr. Hinckley) talking bad about patients, including myself.
I was instructed to go to the ER by my cardiologist. Needless to say I will never go to any hospital where the bad excuse for a doctor Hinckley is working.
I wouldn't recommend this ER to anyone. HIPPA is low on their priority list.

My father-in-law was just in there and had to have a quadruple bypass surgery. Dr. Nolan and his team of nurses took good care of him and did a fantastic job! We trusted them with our loved one and they respected us and him. Much love and care from everyone there!

I have never had such great care and attention in any hospital until I went here. The nursing staff have to be the greatest men and women in the state. You are looked after around the clock without disturbing your rest. These fine people were on top of every need. I had a quadruple bypass and there was very little to no pain at any time because of the great attention on the nursing staff.

Took my husband there today. Got in pretty quick. Only 9 beds in the ER. We were there about 3 hours. The lady that runs the ER came and brought paperwork so we can leave. She looks at me and says were you just in the bathroom? I say yes thinking I had left my phone in there. She says that’s for staff only. One of our pregnant employees needed to use it. I’m not an idiot I can read but when I inquired about a bathroom an employee told me I could use THAT bathroom. Saying I know it says Staff Only but you’re welcome to use it so I did. After I told her this she says hmm interesting. We are literally leaving why even bring it up? So rude.
