Cindy is an amazing nurse practitioner. I have worked with Cindy and have always been impressed with her bedside compassion. She is very personable and easy to talk. She addressed all my needs and has been very thorough with discussing my labs and other personal issues. I highly recommend her. She was even able to take care of a pre-authorization for a medication and I didn’t have to contact her one time for follow up. She handled it in a very timely and professional manner. Cindy was phenomenal. I had an emergency on a Saturday and she was recommended by a friend. I was set up and ready to go in like 15 minutes. She was so easy to talk to and be honest with. She was compassionate about my situation and explained exactly what needed to happen to take care of my problem. HIGHLY recommend and will be to all my friends. I changed to her as my primary PCP!

Cindy is very knowledgeable and compassionate in her practice. She takes time to listen and discuss your issues and maps out your plan of care with you. She tells you what to expect and then follows up with you personally to see how you are progressing. I have not taken advantage of the home visits but it is nice to know they are available if I need them! Let Cindy take care of you if you have any health care needs. I am definitely glad I have her on my health team!

Having a hard time finding a doctor, call village healthcare solutions, nurse practitioner Cynthia Chandler is wonderful. She contacted me within an hour of my request, she is personable, friendly, and caring. Took care of my issues and got me the referral I needed.

Ms. Chandler could not have been nicer and easier to work with. I’ve never used telehealth before and I had trouble with the microphone on my phone, but she adapted and sent me a new link to use on my computer and she was all smiles through the whole thing. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday and she wrote me a prescription and I never had to leave my couch. I already feel better just from smiling and laughing because she was so pleasant. I highly recommend Village Health Solutions!

It’s wonderful to not have to wait in a waiting room, have a thorough evaluation, and know that your medical care is going to be simple and available when you need it.
