If I could give him 0 stars I would. Dr.sketas does not care about his patients; has even said to one. “I do not care about you, only this( as he pounded the papers in his lap)”. My understanding is that the clinic is being audited as far as ability to prescribe certain medications and amounts. After giving said patient a brief idea at what life without their prescriptions refilled would look like, and would ultimately lead to death as if it were a threat knowing their Current medication list did not fall within the new parameters ( most likely treating a yet undefined rare disease) given by the board of medicine. Though I only provide care for this person due to their inability to perform everyday tasks . When extra help around their home was asked for and declined, I was hired mostly because of the very rapid decline. I know she loved her doctor and pleaded for help in so many ways, but when that didn’t work, they were handed off to skeetas. I know this is not their regular doctor.

I have been seeing Ms. Alisha Ashley, FNP for about a year now. I have a complex and unusual medical history. She has been quite knowledgeable in treating me, great in listening to me and including me in the health care decisions that affect me.

I've been to the practice about 5 times now. My longest wait has been about 20 minutes. I've had both phone calls and patient portal messages returned promptly. I've treated the staff with kindness and respect and always received the same in return.

We have been going to see Dr. Sketas for a year now and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Sketas is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to listen. He has a wonderful bedside manner. In addition, he has always been there when I needed him. He is the BEST

Unprofessional staff. They do not return phone calls as scheduled.

I attempted to register as a new patient and gave them all my information. They said they would call by the end of the week a few weeks ago.

Failed.

If they can't keep a very simple callback schedule, how could they handle any type of medicine?

Run as fast as you can. The less-than-3-stars total review they have is 100% earned.

Dr. Sketas is a WONDERFUL doctor and there are very nice nurses there as well.

However... Their scheduling system is bad. Not sure exactly what the issue is but it seems like they need better office staff. I've called to confirm my appointment the day before, taken off work, driven out, then when I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled... This was after I confirmed through text and call.

Also, my husband had a similar situation where he got a call ON HIS WAY to the appointment indicating that he was "scheduled at the wrong time" but luckily they told him to come anyway. Again, this is after completing the confirmation steps.

UPDATE 10/21 -- dropping to 3 stars:
I had a telemedicine appointment scheduled for Thursday evening. I got a confirmation text about it on Monday and Wednesday. No call Thursday...

Friday I got a text asking to confirm my appointment for THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY MORNING... ? I called, they said they "called [me] about the cancelled appointment on Tuesday", UHM no you absolutely did not. (Remember, I got a confirmation text on WEDNESDAY, the day AFTER they supposedly called about the cancellation.)
I informed the lady of these issues and she didn't show any sign of caring at all.

I would leave if Dr. Sketas wasn't so great. I wish he would go to a different office because this is ridiculous.

Nice people but i have to wait 2-3 hours every time I go. That is before seeing a doctor. Once or twice I can understand. Today, I was 90 minutes in the waiting room and no one was coming out. Everyone who was called in, was still sitting in rooms. I couldn’t take it again. Just thinking why is this my doctor. Refund and I’m gone!

Love my Doctor. She is the only Doctor EVER that listens to my issues and then between her and me talking decide what she will do to help. She is THE BEST I have ever had. I have had a lot a whole lot of Doctors in my 45+ years of my life and I can not say enough about her to say just how great this Lady is. God Bless Dr. Ashely and all of her family.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. I was told to wait in my car, and someone would come out to my car. I got there at 9:52 called when I got there just as they said to do. So finally after sitting in my car for 41 minutes of waiting and no one ever showed, I called to see if maybe they forgot I was there, but they put me on hold I stayed on hold for 10 minute's. I called back and left a message and no one called me back. I waited until 11:06 for at least a callback but that didn't happen! I can promise you one thing I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service..I also watched people come and go, and the had come in well after my appointment!! Shame on them.
