Went to his office this am. Have been there with my husband before and for myself. I have never had a problem with Dr.Hardy. His staff was rude and inconsiderate. I understand insurance is an issue always, but there is a way to handle the only people in your office. Maybe being kind and considerate instead of rude and uncaring. Then telling us our insurance changed in 24 hours when we know we have had our deductables paid since March or April this year. When was the last time his staff checked their paperwork? But it really wasn't the insurance, it was how we were treated.

Arrived early (my fault for the morning) and arrived 30 minutes early for the afternoon. After being taken back to the exam room and having my vitals checked, I saw no one and never heard the doctor was running late. After over an hour in the room, I went to the front desk and told the receptionist I was leaving, no one told me anything and I was done.
She acted surprised to hear no one had come in the room. I told her to thank the doctor for wasting a day and driving 70 miles for NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION. I called the office of the doctor who referred me to Hardy and they also acted surprised to hear what happened. I told the receptionist to be sure and pass it on to the doctor and to use someone else for the referrals.
And he has a sheet you must sign that says if you don't make your appointment you must pay $50 and you may not be able to make another appointment.
Hey! Can I charge you for not making my appointment?
No way I'm going to pay a penny.
I do not recommend this place unless you place no value of your time.

I received the best of care at Dr. Hardy’s office. His office staff conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. Dr. Hardy took his time with me during my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Hardy.

Love Dr. Hardy he is down to earth and he definitely cares about his patients. I have referred him to my friends and when they come back from their visit they have nothing but good things to say. Can't go wrong with Dr. Hardy.

I am here at Dr. Hardy's office right now, my appointment was at 9:00am and I am still waiting in the front. I don't think they schedule a nerve conduction test the same day. This isn't a fast office. Maybe they want to charge you more. This is crazy. No one has come up to me and tell me what's going on. We will see what is going to happen.......?

Dr is the best doctor that I have been too...he spent over an hour with me...I am a new patent and he took the time to really get to know me. He is kind and listen to all my concerns. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you .
