Friendly in back, but you front end people need to get re-schooled on how to smile and actually talk to the patients…. This is only my 2nd time to this clinic in Hot Springs and twice I walk in and no one is smiling, greeting patients, nothing at all out of the front end. I was on hold with them as I walked in to tell them I was running 5 minutes late, and hmmmm no one was even on the phone. So why was I on hold?

I write as a word of caution. One of my best friends just died as a result of a "Frankenstein bacteria" he contracted during heart surgery at the Arkansas Heart Hospital. It was a sad and tragic result of otherwise competent care. I know all hospitals combat these killer mutants and I have sympathy for their distress when such developments occur.

It distresses me to see the wife of a patient standing on the hot sidewalk because you cannot bring anyone in the waiting room. My sister is with me and I left the car running. What good do vaccines do if there is no freedom! Even with masks...no one can come in waiting room with you. I sat in the car over an hour waiting on my husband but it wasn’t summer weather. Is it not time to get over it I do not recall ever writing a negative review anywhere...just felt impressed to voice my opinion!

The nurses are kind and thoughtful, the brunette up front is rude and disrespectful to anyone who talks to her. I have been there many times and she has never been nice to anyone. The blonde in front is nicer but always looks stressed and confused. Dr. Paxio is rude and disrespectful and has poor bedside manners as well as never listening to his patients. Dr. Henry is the nicest Dr there and actually listens to his patients and does his best to help with whatever he can. I've never seen my electrophysiologist only his assistant once and home monitoring system (I've been his patient for 2 years). If I could afford to Dr search I'd definitely look around before settling for here. Unfortunately Hot Springs has mostly poor Drs to choose from. That goodness for Dr Henry.

I have never had a receptionist be so rude to me and my dad. She was to worried about talking on her cell phone then helping us. Robin made my dad want to just leave!! People just be KIND and not RUDE!!!!

This is my first time at this location. Hopefully, the doctors and nurses are more pleasant than the ladies at the front desk. They were less than pleasant. They seemed extremely put out with my questions and were very sarcastic with their responses. WOW!

3 local cardiologist could not find anything wrong with me, however, one visit to AHHC in Hot Springs and Dr Paxaio, found the rare genetic condition. Thank you AHHC to the very bottom of my heart!!! Now my children need to have genetic testing done to see if they also carry the rare gene.
