Dr. Parrotts’ staff told me I could not see Dr parrot because I brought my dog inside! I was told on a recorded conversation that I had to leave my dog outside in over 100 degree heat or leave. Not one consideration for my health in any way shape or form! I was taking my dog to see a veterinarian that cared more about my dog peanuts’ health than the horrible staff at Dr parrot’s office did on August 28, 2024. If I was charged one penny by Dr parrots office, that obvious fraudulent behavior will be reported and Humana will take care of that.

I moved here from Texas in November 2022. I had a new patient appointment with another physician on November 30th. I never saw or even heard the other doctor's voice up until the time I left his practice on January 17, 2024. I only talked to Physician Assistants and the experience with the first doctor was a nightmare. Then a friend referred me to Dr. Parrott and I was so grateful to finally see a real doctor that was truly outstanding. He taks to his patients and listens. He prescribed proper mediction to help me and found the source of pain I had been living with for 6 years and was quick with a referral to the correct physician. He's just plain awesome and I highly recommend him to people searching for a caring properly trained treating physician.

Dr.Parrott is one of a kind. He is patient and thorough. If you need to see a specialist, he knows who to send you to. He sends out referrals by the next morning. He’s never in a rush. He told me last visit that his job was to help people feel better. He said that’s what doctors are supposed to do. That takes time sometimes. I’m so happy I became his patient years ago.

First impression: this guy really cares! He had a great bedside manner. I'm a registered nurse and I've worked with a lot of doctors, to me, bedside manner important! He actually took the time to get to know me and didn't act rushed to get out the door. The appointment was much longer than I expected, but in a really good way! The majority of my visit time was actually spent visiting with the doctor, not waiting to visit with the doctor! He was very thorough and covered every aspect of my care. He ordered tests, refilled prescriptions and made several referrals. I finally feel like I'm being heard! Great first impression! I will definitely be requesting him in the future! Thank you!

I initially gave this office a 4. But after the last several days in dealing with the staff and Casey MA, I have lowered it to a 2. They do not return phone calls and the staff who answers the phone are somewhat condescending. When you state you are goi g to return a call after a call that they initiated but then they don’t. Makes me wonder about professionalism. I’m still going to see what happens with the other referrals and see how it goes. They really need to step up their game.
