I gave 2 stars because I asked for 2 tests and they were performed. I go in with no voice, hacking cough, bloody snotty nose. The Apn listened to my lungs. That's it! Didn't check or ask about my ears which are clogged. She didn't ask any questions, said we don't know what you have gave me antibiotic no cough meds, and sent me home. Chi is going down hill on health care. Emergency room sent my ill mother home and did nothing to help her over this past weekend 8/1/2024

Had a bit of a mountain bike accident on a Saturday afternoon but these awesome ladies took amazing care of me. I was in, sewn up, and out in under an hour. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. They even asked about my bike! I really hope I don’t have to go back but if I ever need care, that is where I’ll go.

I went in with no insurance fine I figured it would be expensive it's not like I was broke. I paid cash for everything cause I have it just so they can tell me nothing is wrong with my ribs so I go to Baptist health. Guess what TWO fractured ribs and I an still getting bills from even though I paid straight cash for it. I don't have time to fight with them over a mystery amount of 30 dollars from 2 months ago that somehow I owe though they didn't do there job properly. Bidenomics at work.

Front desk lady with the curly hair and glasses is really rude to patients, she always looks like she’s having a bad day or something. I’m going down the comments and notice how the owner says their aim is to provide good service and all that but nothing has changed.

I was very impressed with Dr. Natalie today. My son was sick today and he had very painful headaches and high fever. The office was closing in 10 min and my 11 years old was the last patient. They did all the Covid and Flu tests on him and they were negative however I was worried he might had meningitis. They did the blood test to see his white blood cells count but the office opened back next morning and I had to wait for the results until next morning which it would make me really worried if my son would continue to have high fever and headaches during the night. Dr. Natalie told me she would check on her phone if the results were ready and she, personally would give me a call and let me know about the results. After two hours Dr. Natalie called me and told me his white count was normal and I didn’t have to worry about meningitis. I appreciate her so much calling me after the office hours. She was a true angel to me as a worried mother and healthcare workers like Dr. Natalie must be recognized for their amazing work and dedication. Thank you and God Bless you! As a mother, I appreciate you very much!! You were my hero today!!!

I have been coming here for years and this is finally my last time. Each time I come here I become more and more disappointed. The front desk clerk was rude the minute I walked in and it only got worse when I saw the nurse. She was telling me about a medication interaction between a medicine I was on and an antibiotic. Her explanation of this had such a derogatory tone that I almost felt ashamed to be even on this daily medication. The last thing I want to do is already be sick and then be embarrassed for taking an everyday medication that I need. The whole experience made me feel worse than I already did.

I have used this clinic numerous times over the years... including today. I do not understand how anybody can honestly complain about the care these workers provide. Today, as always, the staff were friendly, caring, professional and GOOD at what they do. I can't help but think the unsatisfied, complaining patients are the problem themselves.
