I contacted this clinic by phone to as I need a primary care medical professional. Phone call great appointment for a couple hours later. I arrived as scheduled filled out some needed paper and was promptly seen by a caregiver. One of best visit ever to any medical clinic. All the staff was friendly, professional and genuinely concerned for my health. from me.

Yes, I agree with alot of the reviews. I am writing to convey my disappointment with the Chi Clinic on Albert Pike. As a patient, I was required to make an appointment to obtain medication refills. When I was struggling with breathing and sleep, I reached out to Baptist, but insurance restrictions forced me to return to Chi. However, they refused to refill my medication, citing my temporary use of another clinic. This decision demonstrates a concerning focus on financial gain over patient care. I had scheduled an appointment with Chi, but they still refused to provide necessary treatment. My requirements included medication refills and an ear examination due to equilibrium problems, which were neglected.

Like Dr. Barnes but miss the office workers on Higdon Ferry. The people in this office don't listen and are rude. I haven't been in over a year because one of the ladies was at parties next door to me and telling people my private medical business. I've been told she doesn't work there now so trying again. Just had trouble getting appt right and lab work set up. Finally made it. They had listed my appt as a follow-up not a yearly physical. Now to try again. Changing drs when you've gone to same clinic for years is a pain.

I’ve been going here for a few years so I’m coming with experience when I say this. The office here? They don’t actually care about you the patient. That care is going to MAYBE, come from your doctor. The best doctor here is Dr. Cloud but he’s not worth seeing since his nurse is rude, immature, and will continue to disregard your issues as she tells you how YOURE going to handle your visit with your doctor, rather than let you simply deal with that yourself. I’ve only stayed as long as I have to avoid restarting my progress in regards to my health. But they keep canceling appointments on me and average 30-90 minutes late. Might sound nice to know when you get an appointment, they’ll stay late with you if you need. But that’s only if you manage to get an appointment without them canceling anyways.

The absolute worst people work here. If you want medical malpractice committed in front of your face, Lena H., with a doctor sitting right there and have nothing done about it, then I recommend this place. If you like receptionists screaming at you and hanging up on you.... Teresa O... than again, I would recommend this place. If you are looking for any bit of compassionate care, avoid this place like the plague. They truly could all care less and just want to refill your prescription and you to shut up. Way to help someone with wild anxiety problems people.
I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy the experiences I had there.

I’ve used Dr Gardner for over 40 years. He has always listened to me, my husband, my son and my Mom. Has always gotten to the bottom of our illness and did his very best to make us well and keep us well.
He’s never been rude!!! Maybe blunt, but we like that. Straight to the point! Have never doubted him as a doctor. Saved us from things that could have been fatal.
We will miss him very much and I don’t think there will ever be another like him. We wish him a happy, healthy retirement!

The lady at the front desk is just awful. She is rude in person and on the phone. I've tried to get her go get my doctor or my doctors nurse to contact me but I feel she doesn't tell them I have called. I was told to come pick up a test by my doctor. I go by and she won't even get up out of the chair to go ask my doctor anything about it. She just treated me like I was stupid. It was VERY embarrassing and inconvenient. She is just awful. If not for the lady at the front desk I would have no complaints. To bad no one will ever say anything to her. She is just awful

My husband has been seeing Dr.Cloud now about a year & never had any problems with anyone there until this past month! They will not return his call about questions regarding his disability paperwork, so he kept calling trying to find out something & sent several messages on One care account & a week went by before they responded & then the doctor replied today finally! Basically said he & his team were very busy & didn’t have time to reply to him again & his paperwork had been sent! If the nurse would of just took the time to call him& let us know what was going on then he wouldn’t of had to keep contacting them! We are very upset about how this has been handled, & so unprofessional!! The doctor acted like it was our fault for trying to get more information, but the disability agent kept saying she didn’t get paperwork she needed so we was just trying to get paperwork straightened out! Nobody wants to take time to communicate anymore!! So frustrating!!
