Service has gone downhill quickly! I've had issues with my mask and headgear so I asked for advice on something else I could use since I'm a new (not anymore) cpap user. I was told to go back to the Dr for help. Dr office said that Healthway had a prescription for me and could do whatever they felt was right for me and Dr would sign off on it. I personally got online and researched, called back to order another mask and headgear. Was told it would be ordered same day, that was almost 2 months ago now. They don't have it, it hasn't come to my home and now y'all are too busy to talk to me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the first person I dealt with was very nice. She's not been there since.
