Brought my son in and regretted even considering bringing him here. Due to past family history, I had concerns about some pain he was experiencing. We were seen by Brad Patterson on this day. After feeling around the area of pain, I was told that there was nothing wrong with him, that he was perfectly fine. I wasn’t given a chance to express why I was concerned because I was interrupted by him yelling, repeating that there was nothing wrong with him. I was told that if he complained about pain again, to just give him some Tylenol. Not only was the yelling unnecessary, especially around a child, but it was also embarrassing considering the fact that there were other staff members around listening. I wish I would’ve had the courage to speak up for my son and myself at that same moment.

Great attention to detail, super convenient, started an IV right away when we needed it, and have great hours for us to be seen - even on Saturdays & Sundays. Would recommend. We love Brad Patterson, NP.

Don’t rent or have care by Dr or Angi Walker. Unfortunate they victimize older folks on fixed incomes; then the office manager wants to berate you for asking to make it right.

Dr Walker is very nice he takes time to talk to me and so does Colleen. They are very good to me. I have been going to him for around 10yrs now. Colleen is the nicest NP I've ever met. She takes good care of me. I appreciate everything they have done to help me.

I have had a few good experiences with them, but most of the time I am waiting half an hour to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. The patients are rushed in and out or made waiting for long periods. The staff does not try to solve the issues presented.

I highly recommend nurse practitioner Brad and doctor Glasgow! Both of these providers show concern for your well being and they have compassion ! We do not EVER feel rushed when seeing these providers, they will sit down and listen to all your concerns and address them accordingly ! They are friendly and when you leave you actually feel like you were well taken care of. These two men are one of a kind and I hope they don’t go anywhere!
