In march of 2024 I went to the doctors office for an ear infection and I had Been taking over the counter medicine for this for 3 weeks and it did not work so I got to the doctors office there and I tell them my situation they looked in my ear and gave me the medicine I had told them I had been already taking but took it anyway A MONTH LATER I’m at the same place with the same doctor and Same problem that had not gone away then they look in my ear again and now say they see cotton from a Q-tip I have not used one since the problem started so she would have been able to see it the first time and she flushed out my ear with water and hydrogen peroxide. I was told cotton was gone but infection was still there (no duh) and they give me guess what? ALLERGY MEDICINE AND NASAL SPRAY it is almost July and I STILL have the infection

They were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of people being treated but still found a place for us to get taken care of that was private. Listened to what they were told, because of that made their job easier.

Came in with a bad toothache . The dr checks my mouth and says I should afford a dentist since I spend 3000 a year on cigarettes. Mind you I don’t even smoke just be around people that do. And why is that any of his business

I would not believe this review had I not experienced it in person . After trying to treat food poisoning all day with all in home meds and after sweats started to boil off profusely from head and face we decided to go to our local emergency room. Yes it was 10:00 pm and the first thing they want to know is why you didn't see your primary care doctor. I informed them what had happened. Now believe me, I thank them for being there but this was pathetic. At least five or six people were in that nursing station area. That nice hospital room that we were given was filthy, used wrappers from snacks, meds supplies, gloves on floor, blood dripped on floor and on side of bed frame, trash can full, used IV supplies on floor. I observed a rn come in the room with gloves already on and then handle the trash can with the gloved hands and never changed gloves. He was not able to start IV after poking three times with the dirty gloves on, did not put bandages on pricked areas and left room after doctor came in and start trying to get blood. After doctor was able to find vein, she had to yell for someone from nurses station to come help her. We were discharged at 3am which was ok. We were feeling better after being given liquid protonix. Thank you.

If I could leave zero stars I would my wife and daughter went up there this morning at 10 am cause my daughter had super high fevers throughout the night. They waited super long its now 3pm getting discharged they only just saw the dr 5 minuets ago saying nothing was wrong amd neglected to even swab or run any test to see if she had anything because it was "too early". They have always been terrible to go to and always will be. They need better drs and staff period nothing will ever change if it doesn't happen

Long long wait.. They told a 74 Year old woman who had symptoms of a heart attack, that it would be at least a 3 hour wait!!! Not another hospital for at least 30 miles! Could not believe they didn't make her priority when clearly she needed to be seen right away! They left I hope they made it to a Dr in time. We left as well! Just ridiculous!! I would not refer this place to ANYONE EVER!!!

Go up
