I used this clinic and always got good care. But I moved to another town and changed pcp’s. I automatically got a bill for 40.00. They stated it was my “copay”. Funny how I never had a copay before until I changed doctors. When they called me today, instead of listening and answering my questions THEY got offended because I suggested how weird that is. She wouldn’t give me a chance to finish a sentence before she started interrupting me. Not good business. Definitely not how you treat people. I told her to hold on and I would give her a number to call to get this payment taken care of. She said no our billing department handles payments yet SHE CALLED ME WANTING A PAYMENT. What sense does that make? 5 stars for care……1 star for social skills.
