I’m leaving this review because there’s no option to leave zero stars. This Pain Management office is an absolute disaster. The uncleanliness is appalling—there’s a noticeable lack of hygiene and general upkeep throughout the facility. The office layout is awkward and poorly arranged, with clerical staff positioned behind portable curtains in the back corner of the main waiting area.

To make matters worse, the staff frequently walk around spraying a very unpleasant chemical in the air, which clearly is not an antibacterial product. It’s baffling and concerning that this place has not been investigated by health authorities. The overall environment feels as though it caters to low-income individuals seeking pain medications rather than providing actual, effective treatment.

I should have heeded the warnings in the reviews before stepping foot in this establishment. It's absolutely disgusting, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary the bathroom where they draw test urine is filthy it’s never clean and the Dr is not concerned about patients. I was denied medication Butrans that I take for Gastrpharisis a condition that is aggravated by withdrawal Symptoms and I vomit for days no nutrition intake at all. I was told I had 2 negative results in 6 months so he want write RX now I was on my last patch so I will more than likely be sick mind you I took in research on the patch that gives negative false readings periodically thinking this is the problem this Dr wouldn’t look at it. So in my opinion he had already made up his mind that he was going to refuse me care with no 30 day notice so that I could find another Dr to treat me. I do not recommend this pain clinic to anyone oh I’ve been attending this clinic for 14 years so why now refuse me of care something is definitely not right here do not come to this place for care.

I went there for the first time yesterday. I don't remember my doctor's name but she lives in Pensacola and she's pregnant. She was super nice, talked with me for about an hour. My regular doctor had been giving me pain pills, Norco 7.5, my new doctor upped my dosage and gave me gabapentin. I don't know a lot about the practice but it was super great from the appointment clerk, billing clerk and doctor. I'm getting injections next week and I'm fine with anything that gets rid of the pain. However if I find them not acting right I will switch doctors.*UPDATE: DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO KILL YOU! I'm serious. Went in for a few shots in my knee a couple of months ago. They told me before I went to not eat for 8 hours prior and to bring a driver as I was to be put to sleep. They didn't even try to put me to sleep, just these 3 HUGE gauge needles in my knee, I thought I was about to DIE! Since then I've been back for every appointment and all they want to do is stick more stuff, via huge needles I'm sure, in MY NECK! When I with my swollen knee and my cane, told them NO the number of pills I get each month went down. Due to the other REAL Pain Management Drs and my insurance I have to have a physician referral for an appointment which sounds so much easier than it is to get. Like I said before THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO KILL YOU DON'T GO SEE THEM!UPDATE** Went to the nurse practitioner on Wednesday and of course it didn't go well. Me and my friend got into a room and when the nurse practitioner came in she started talking about wanting to stick me in my neck AGAIN! I've let them do it as my 1st procedure and my neck is fine, it's my knee that they stuck me in last time that I need fixed. My friend was with me and he started asking her some questions about my knee, the one that has been messed up since they stuck me in it. When I said, well we both said that I didn't want ANY PROCEDURE DONE UNTIL MY KNEE IS BETTER, that she informed me that I failed my drug test and that last month when I was there I tested positive for fentanyl. I have never even seen a fentanyl pill. I told her that I've only taken what they had given me. That's when she said that if I didn't want MORE PROCEDURES IN MY NECK THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WRITE ME ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR. THAT DR OFFICE IS BS! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T GO! I REALLY HOPE SOME OF YOU READ THIS AND SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND PAIN THEY CAUSE.

HORRIBLE!!! I witnessed the staff treat people that is a low class with no money like they were not people. I have seen them bully and make things harder for people with no where to go by calling the cops and harassing them and left all there patients inside while they all lined up outside to watch the cops mess with a homeless couple that was not bothering anyone and was nowhere close to the business . Wouldn't let them have any water from any of the 10 faucets outside and they had them banned from the area. The next day they had all the water faucets pad locked. Very bad people

These people are awesome they were nice as anyone would want the nurses professional and nice Dr was cool man he talked to me great guy but the after the visit getting the medicine is a wreck tried over a week to get one prescription not even a opioid or whatever they called but still don't have it but hey good luck it may be good for you

Been going for a year.... Only injections and gabapentin! Pain has went nowhere. Definitely going elsewhere.

This place was filthy 1st off. Then and finally, was told I had to choose between my physical or mental pain bc they would not treat me while on my mental medication. But they can do persedures on me quick? 2 visits was more than a waist of time.
