Dr.Cruz-Leal is very professional, kind, thorough, and up-to-date in his medical treatment. I have known him since his residency with UAMS-AHEC Fort Smith and always glad to see him in his clinic. He listens well and has taken excellent care of my parents, my family, and myself. He is a great addition to Greenwood and I'm glad he is here. His staff is top notch as well and have always gone above and beyond expectations to accommodate our health care needs. Thanks!

The wait is unreasonable. The staff stands around chatting about the mall and latest outfits they are buying. Then proceeded to be on their phones while people are waiting to be just be checked in. The last 2 visits were a 3 hour wait. The first time I thought everyone gets behind, but goodness this is every time we come. The staff have no concern for others time. We will be changing Physicians.

I have been going to this clinic since Dr Griffin. I have to say I am so disappointed at the disrespect from Dr Cruz all because I asked for a referral to an orthopedic dr for pain in my feet. Because my feet feel like they're breaking when I walk on them. He thought because he had gout , I had gout, that was all I kept hearing. Well just to let him know , because of him I walked around with a stress fracture on my left foot for a month and there was no reason for me to suffer the way I did. I really don't like a Dr that thinks he knows it all and doesn't listen to the patient. It's really sad that I live in greenwood and now have to go to FortSmith to see a doctor. I hope they get someone else soon.

Not so great . Picked up my file and went to my lawyers office . The clinic had mixed up someone else personal history (medical info) with my file . What yeap and that happened twice at sparks as well so three times they went and broke hippa .

Everyone was very kind, no wait and saw the dr right away. He was informative and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Very nice staff and doctor.

Do not waste your time! Drive to Fort Smith and see someone who will actually help you. This climic wants your money amd that is all. Just a heads up, the doctor is out untill sometime in July so you will get nothing accomplished here.

This doctors office i will never recommend to anybody the doctor dont listen to you gives you the same medication and i just went in there and they where very rude i dont feel good and just rude the min i walked in there so left and never going back there again
