Friendly and courteous staff. Normally in and out of the clinic within 30 to 45 minutes of appointment time, depending on amount of time spent with doctor or aprn. Usually no problem getting a timely appointment.

We have confidence in our care. Husband and I see Dr Reece for our recurring 6 month checkups. At other times we can see the APN and staff at several locations by appointment or walk-in on the same day, when we get sick with a cold, injury, etc. Our fasting blood work, test and x-ray results are received in a timely manner. Prescriptions are at our Pharmacy in a few minutes, after our appointments. The Family Medicine of White Hall staff are friendly and professional. The waiting time is short. The facilities are always clean.

Absolutely love the staff here. Very friendly and caring and don’t mind answering questions. They also call back and get you into the office promptly. I love that they have a mammogram machine, too! No more making appts somewhere else to get that done which means I’m more likely to do it yearly.
