First of all, let me say that when Dr Paden was at this clinic, he received outstanding service. My wife fell about 3 months ago and had to be taken to the ER at BRMC While there she contracted CDIFF a which is potentially fatal. Dr Ballard was her physician and began treating her. The staff struggled to get my wife’s prescriptions called in on a timely fashion which became stressful for her and made her condition worse. After her second round of the infection Dr. Ballard finally got her a referral to see an infectious disease specialist.
We began to make headway on my wife’s illness. Dr. Bandi and his team were amazing. The recommendation was to get with Dr Ballard to get something we’re she could sleep and heal. My wife has called 3 times in the last 5 days only to receive nothing. I took her in person to the office today hoping to get some service but at close of business still nothing.

I don’t know if Dr. Ballad is aware of her team’s incompetence or if the fault lies with her. My wife should not have to suffer at the hands of idiots.

Don't get me started on our experiences with medical professionals in this area, but Lincoln Paden is awesome. They are expanding their staff and the services they offer. We love LPMG and highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary care provider in the Mountain Home/Baxter County area.

I have brought my family here for years, would not go anywhere else. Staff has treated us with respect and I am amazed at their professionalism. The providers are not only friendly and personable but also highly skilled and knowledgeable. It is easy to get seen and I can tell that my families well-being is a high priority for them. If you are looking for a great place to be cared for by loving people from your infant to grandpa, this is the place. I feel that Baxter county is very blessed to have them in the community.

After much review of doctors in the area (as I am new to area) I chose Lincoln Paden group. Was lucky to get assigned to Dr. James Warr found him professional caring and compassionate. Felt like he was treating me like one of his family and not just another new patient. Office staff was friendly and everyone I met smiled and seemed glad to be there.

I never felt rushed even though I had end of day appointment. Would highly recommend Dr. Warr for your doctor and Lincoln Paden as your group
