I feel bad leaving four stars instead of five, because I just had a bad experience with one provider and not the entire clinic, but do want to warn people about him. This place has a comprehensive array of services. The front desk and office staff are beyond considerate and caring and truly awesome. I hear nothing but good things about other providers here and won’t hesitate to come back and see anyone else. Do not ever go see the counselor James Chinners, though! He’s woefully uneducated about the topic he is supposed to counsel people for, has no idea what he’s actually doing (I mean, maybe if he understood the topic? Which he doesn’t. But at least admit that and be open to, I don’t know, asking ChatGPT for some best practices or something. Literally anything besides just doubling down on ignorance), and is a pompous jerk who is getting reported to the state board today.

I absolutely Love Doctor Jackson and Michelle, the rest of the staff are amazing also. I am so very grateful for all of them. God Bless all of them that take such good care of me. I Pray that Doctor Jackson will be my Doctor for the rest of my life, she truly cares about her patients.

I called my Dr's office to have my prescription refilled,waited 4 days, no prescription. Went to see Dr yesterday and guess what, yes once again they showed their inability to do their job. This isn't the only time. I'm in search for a new health provider.

This place has gotten sorry as fuk. Went there to seek help due to my lungs being inflamed and a head cold, wasted my time even going down there cuz they said they can't prescribe me anything for some reason . I will be changing clinics I will not be back to that hell hole . Drove all the way down there for nothing, so I decide to clean my truck out while I was there before I left ?
