My husband had a "meet & greet" and exam type appointment. It is so calming and peaceful. The staff is very kind and willing to listen and HEAR what my husband's chief issues were. With Dr. Jill, you're not just another name on her schedule; you're a fellow human being in her care, and she talks to you on a level you can easily understand (all of the staff there does).

Her patience is truly something to behold. I'm convinced she could give lessons on how to remain calm when faced with a patient who thinks googling symptoms qualifies as a medical degree. She listens attentively, never judging even when you awkwardly pronounce the medical term for your ailment like you're trying to cast a spell (speaking from experience).

And let's not overlook the Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman vibes she exudes. While she might not ride into town on horseback or have adventures involving bandits, I'm not entirely convinced she doesn't moonlight as a medical vigilante on the weekends. I mean, who knows what thrilling stethoscope-related escapades she gets up to when we're not looking?

This review is a 0/5 stars. I brought my daughter in for an evaluation and was told they would match us with a counselor and would call to set an appointment. It has been almost a month, and we were never contacted. In the time we waited, I heard back from another clinic that could get get seen in under a week. I'll be happy to never work with ARcare again.

Worst clinic I have ever been to! Very rude staff! They called the police on my son for sleeping in his car in the parking lot while waiting for me. Literally the worst people working here!

My mother tried making an appointment with this clinic. She has disabilities that make it hard for her to fill out paperwork, so she asked the woman on the phone if anyone there could help her with filling out the new patient forms. The lady told her that no one had time to help her. Since my mother doesn't drive and I work during the hours that the clinic is open, she requested that the clinic mail her the forms so that she could have me help here fill them out before her appointment and then have the local senior center give her a ride to her appointment. The lady she talked to said she would mail the forms but they never arrived. Needless to say, my mother had to cancel the appointment. It's absolutely despicable that a healthcare facility that is supposed to deal with the infirm will not allow a simple accommodation for an elderly, disabled lady.
