Went in today for a CT scan and I was apprehensive because of all the negative reviews, but I have to say from the minute. I walk in the door the young lady at the front desk who took my information. She was kind and sweet very nice,I'm sorry I don't remember her name and then I met Emery. The lady that did my cat scan. She was professional, she was studious she was kind explained everything and made sure I was comfortable in everyway Thank you all

September 21 2024 due to a fall a friend took me to the ES hospital. My ribs were hurting terribly. They got me back very quickly. X ray was done quickly. That’s when the good service ended.

I wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for severe hypoglycemia. My blood glucose (BG) was in the 40s, 50s and 60s the duration of the visit. My BG was in the 50s approx an hour. Around 5 min it was in the 40s. Approx 20 min in the low 60s.

The doctor discharged me w/ BG 52. My friend who brought me in is a police chief. In response to the doctor dc’ing me he gave the doctor a stern look and motioned to my BG reading on my app. Though the doctor had already discharged me he told my nurse to do a finger prick test.

The finger prick confirmed my CGMs readings.

Prior to this everytime I drew the doctors attention to my CGMs BG readings we watched him completely ignore them and me. Friend and I stared at each other as we sort of had a hard time believing what was happening was actually happening. It was surreal.

After the finger prick test confirmed the CGM readings the doctor provided orange juice. This temporarily brought my BG up. He wanted to dc and that’s what he did. I wasted at least an hour and a half with my BG alarms going off while in their ER. The doctors actions/inaction was negligent and dangerous.

My friend and I have seen a lot. Even they were shocked at how bad the, “care” was. I wouldn’t go here in an emergency unless I want to play Russian roulette with my life.

Only if you want your kid to die, bring them here. Huge pustules on my kids throat. I explained I explained to the RN our history and her father's history and he was very wonderful. I knew my daughter did not have strep or mono and they did do the test they both came back negative however we all know that they always come back negative false negatives false positives but the pustulars should have said it all that is not viral, less than 24 hours later after a CT scan which they should have done my daughter is in another hospital in ICU. Had he just done the CT scan instead of playing God this wouldn't be happening right now this Hospital needs to be shut down time and time and time again they have failed the community over and over and over again, do our community a favor and close your doors. Looking at the last Bunches of reviews nobody is happy and everybody left even sicker, it's just a big insurance scam at this point! If I could I'd give it a thousand negative Stars

It is advisable to consider the closure of this hospital, as it appears to be failing in its mission to provide adequate care. Numerous reports indicate a pattern of misdiagnoses and unprofessional behavior among the staff, which raises serious concerns about the quality of service offered. The facility seems ill-equipped to handle patient needs, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance are subpar. Feedback from individuals referred to this hospital has consistently been negative, highlighting significant shortcomings in diagnosis and treatment. A recent case exemplifies these issues, where a patient received inadequate care, necessitating a transfer to another facility for proper attention. It would be prudent to reassess the operational effectiveness of this institution to prevent further financial waste and ensure better healthcare outcomes.

Went in to X-ray cracked ribs on Sat
August 10th. Did a CT scan, found ribs not broke. Could not breath, O2 was not above 91. No oxygen given, pain pills subscribed. No antibiotics for flem in chest. RN'S were awesome, then Dr Egor comes in for 15 seconds, listened to chest, said not enough flem to worry about. 4 days later. No air. Could not cough flem up. Which was turning yellow. No pressure to cough it all up. I use to love this hospital. Just do not go on a weekend. The assistances were great. Saw the pain I was in but Dr rules. Went to primary Dr. Found 2 cracked ribs, Amoxycillon and pain pills subscribed. At least can breath now. Lost my faith in Eureka
hospital. Never again.

All staff very pleasant & kind BUT no UA was done. Dr. decided I was dehydrated altho I had not been working outside. 3 days later, no better, I went to urgent care. Found blood in urine, UTI now affecting kidneys. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! Records are not automatically sent to your Dr. You have to provide fax #. Ridiculous!

My husband went in with a possible spine fracture, all we needed was a quick x-ray. He was in severe pain and needed treatment asap, but they said it wasn't an emergency, and they would schedule him for an x-ray when they can, sometime later in the week. I didn't know hospitals are allowed to refuse medical treatment in an emergency, but they did. They showed absolutely no concern for him.

Have had more than one visit to this wonderful hospital!! A friend from out of town spent several days here. She was impressed with her care and so many nice people! I have had several tests ordered here. Cassie is good at her job and makes you feel comfortable while doing her tests! She is my hero! Many thanks to all!
